Είναι πολύ σωστός επαγγελματίας, έχει χιούμορ και παρόλο που η προρπόνηση είναι δυνατη, είναι και ευχάριστη I have been training with Nikiforos Dermitzakis for about 2 years and I have seen a great improvement in my performance in my sport, Ju-jitsu. He is a very good professional, he has a sense of humor and although the training is strong, it is also enjoyable.

Με την επιστημονική προσέγγιση πάνω στο άθλημά μου (Ju-Jitsu Fighting System) στο κομμάτι του strenght and conditioning καταφέραμε να κατακτήσουμε 3 παγκόσμια μετάλλια σε 3 διαδοχικές χρονιές (2016 χάλκινο, 2017 χρυσό, 2018 χρυσό), ένα χρυσό πανευρωπαϊκό μετάλλιο και πολλές άλλες επιτυχίες σε grand slam και εγχώρια πρωταθλήματα. My collaboration with the Recreation Fitness Team and the training specialist Kostikiadis Giannis started in 2016 until today. With the scientific approach to my sport (Ju-Jitsu Fighting System) in the field of strenght and conditioning we managed to win 3 world medals in 3 consecutive years (2016 bronze, 2017 gold, 2018 gold), a gold pan-European medal and many other successes in grand slam and domestic championships.

Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια η εμπειρία και η επιστημονική προσέγγιση της προπόνησης με έχουν βοηθήσει να εξελιχθώ στο άθλημά μου (Ζίου Ζίτσου) και να ανταποκριθώ στις απαιτήσεις των διεθνών πρωταθλημάτων. Ο απολογισμός είναι 2 χρυσά (duo system) και 1 χάλκινο (fighting system) σε πανευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο και 2 αργυρά (duo system) σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Προτείνω την ομάδα του recreation ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε θέλει να κάνει πρωταθλητισμό υψηλού επιπέδου, αλλά και σε ανθρώπους που θέλουν απλά να εντάξουν την γυμναστική στην ζωή τους. My collaboration with the Recreation Fitness Team and Mr. Giannis Kostikiadis started in 2018 and continues to this day. All these years the experience and the scientific approach of the training have helped me to develop in my sport (Jiu Zitsu) and to meet the requirements of the international championships. The report is 2 gold (duo system) and 1 bronze (fighting system) at pan-European level and 2 silver (duo system) worldwide. I highly recommend the recreation team to anyone who wants to do a high level championship, but also to people who just want to incorporate fitness into their lives.
