I went 2 times in Chania AGENCY IN SQUARE 1866 ... AGELASTEs..AGENEIs NOT WHILE I like inquiring about KASTELI Chania to GYTHIO, trying to convince me to book with Anek OR MINONIKEs DIL.PROS ATHENS. ON THE OPPOSITE OF THE SOUDA AGENCY THAT I HAD A TELEPHONE CONTACT WAS PERFECT AND VERY KIND !!

Νοικιασα στις 23/4/18 ενα Fiat Panda και μετα απο ενα 2ωρο ταξιδι μεχρι το Ηρακλειο μου εσκασε το λαστιχο κ εγινε λες και εξερραγη. Παντου ινες και κοψιματα.
Με εβαλαν να το πληρωσω γιατι "η μικτη ασφαλεια δεν περιλαμβανε τα ελαστικα"
και οταν το πηγα στο βουλκανιζατερ διαπιστωθηκε οτι τα 4 λαστιχα ηταν ολα διαφορετικη μαρκα, μεταχειρισμενα κ παλια και ενα απο τα 4 ηταν και διαφορετικης διαστασης (175 τα 3 και 185 το ενα!!!)
Οταν εψαξα να βρω τον υπευθυνο της συντηρησης φυσικα δεν τον βρηκα ποτε!
Μη νοικιασετε ποτε αμαξι απο εκει!!!

I rented a Fiat Panda on 23/4/18 and after a 2-hour trip to Heraklion, my tire burst and it exploded. Fibers and cuts everywhere.
I was forced to pay because "mixed insurance did not include tires"
and when I went to the vulcanizer it was found that the 4 tires were all different brand, used and old and one of the 4 was of different dimensions (175 the 3 and 185 each !!!)
When I tried to find the person in charge of maintenance, of course I never found him!
Never rent a car from there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer away from Gelasakis if you're looking to rent a car. Liers and unprofessional. I have booked an Automatic Fiat Tipo a week before our holidays, then the day before "all of sudden" the car broke down and after that they were trying to rent me the manual model (which has a less powerful motor), with multiple excuses of why the auto model will not be available. Long story short, i've lost half a day dealing with them, trying to get my money back (they charged of course the fuel - not caring for the whole inconvenience they caused) and find a car from another agency.
