k	kostas marmaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Δέμα για Νικητή Χαλκιδικής έκανε βόλτες επί 20 μέρες μεταξύ Μουδανιών και Πολυγυρου και στο τέλος παρελήφθη Θεσσαλονίκη. Unacceptable. Parma for Nikitas of Halkidiki walked for 20 days between Moudania and Polygyros and in the end Thessaloniki was received.
C	Chris Tsiourelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν το τηλ. Αν δεν μιλάει η γραμμή (πάντα δηλ) χτυπάει μέχρι να κλείσεις. Δεν απαντάει κανείς..είναι θέμα χρόνου πολλές εταιρείες να στραφούν σε acs κτλ.. They do not pick up the phone. If the line does not speak (always ie) it rings until you close. No one answers..it is a matter of time for many companies to switch to acs etc ..
Α	ΑΝΘΗ ΠΕΤΡΟΜΕΛΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γιατί να πρέπει να βάλω ένα αστέρι για να αξιολογήσω την χειρότερη εταιρεία μεταφορών;; Θα έπρεπε να μου δίνετε η δυνατότητα να βάζω κάτι άλλο, μια μούτζα ας πούμε.. Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για να χαρακτηρίσω. Κυρίως το κατάστημα Ν.Μουδανιών που μαθαίνω πως έκλεισε και τελικά θα σωθεί κόσμος που έψαχνε τα δέματα του μέρες ατέλειωτες. Έπαιρνες τηλ και σου έλεγαν αν το θέλετε ελάτε να το πάρετε.. Παίρνω και στου Πολυγύρου το κατάστημα.. μέρες…….. ώρες……… ουδείς!!! Λυπάμαι αλλά ηταν αναμενόμενο!! Why do I have to put a star to rate the worst transport company ?? You should give me the opportunity to put something else, let's say a snot .. There are no words to describe. Mainly the N. Moudania store that I learn has closed and eventually people who were looking for their parcels will be saved for endless days. You would call and they would tell you if you want it, come and get it .. I also take the store in Polygyros .. days …… .. hours ……… no one !!! I'm sorry but it was expected !!
d	dimitris g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραλαβή από το κάστημα στις 03/08, 10 ημέρες αργότερα, και 35!!!! τηλεφωνήματα μετά, με ενημέρωσαν ότι το δέμα θα καθυστερήσει άλλες 5 μέρες, και να πάω να το πάρω εγώ από τα Μουδανιά. Για μια υπηρεσία που έχω ήδη πληρώσει... Υπάρχουν πολλές μεταφορικές που δημιουργούν πρόβλημα και καθυστερησεις, εδώ αξίζει όμως αξίζει βραβείο Receipt from the store on 03/08, 10 days later, and 35 !!!! phone calls afterwards, informed me that the package will be delayed for another 5 days, and that I should go and get it from Moudania. For a service I have already paid for ... There are many metaphors that create problems and delays, but here it deserves a reward

S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η τηλεφωνική γραμμή πάντα κατειλημμένη, δεν απατάνε στα μειλ, δεν έχει παραδοθεί το δέμα εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες, κάνει βόλτες το πακέτο από Αθήνα, Πολύγυρο, Καλλικράτεια, και πάλι Πολύγυρο, δεν παίρνουν ένα τηλέφωνο, τι άλλο να πω! Κλείστε το καλύτερα και πάτε για μπάνιο, έχει άλλες μεταφορικές που κάνουν τη δουλειά αμέσως. The telephone line is always busy, they do not cheat in the mails, the package has not been delivered for 3 weeks, the package walks from Athens, Polygyros, Kallikratia, and again Polygyros, they do not get a phone, what else can I say! Book the best and go for a swim, it has other carriers that do the job right away.
N	Nektarios Panioras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάει κανείς στα τηλέφωνα. Δέμα που έχουν παραλάβει από τις 03 Αυγούστου σήμερα και μετά από 7 ημέρες ακόμη δεν το έχουν παραδώσει. Κάναμε επανειλημμένα αναφορά σε κατάστημα Γενικής στις Σέρρες που έγινε η αποστολή και μπορούμε να έχουμε επικοινωνία, αναφέραμε dead line σε χρόνο παράδοσης, τελικά μας έχουν κανονικά γραμμένους απο το καταστημα του Πολύγυρου. Κρίμα γιατί τους είχα σε εκτίμηση. No one answers the phones. Parcel that they have received since August 3 today and after 7 days they still have not delivered it. We repeatedly referred to a General store in Serres where the shipment was made and we can have communication, we mentioned a dead line at delivery time, finally they have us normally registered from the Polygyros store. Too bad because I appreciated them.
Μ	Μαρία Καραμούτα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανονικά θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει επιλογή/σήμανση για τη χειρότερη εμπειρία!!!! Ούτε ένα αστεράκι αξίζει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και εξηγώ. Στις 12/8 έγινε η αποστολή του δέματος από την Κρήτη για Νέα Μουδανιά Χαλκιδικής. Από τις 16/8 φαίνεται ότι το δέμα βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα Πολυγύρου με τη σήμανση "αδυναμία παράδοσης-δρομολογηση αποστολής". Επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα από το οποίο αγόρασα τα παπούτσια για να μου πουν ότι έχει κλείσει το κατάστημα της Γενικής Ταχυδρομικής στα Ν. Μουδανιά και ότι θα εξυπηρετηθώ από τον Πολύγυρο. Να σημειώσω ότι από τις 16/8 προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με τον Πολύγυρο για να μάθω γτ πήγε εκεί το δέμα μου και Μέχρι σήμερα 20/8 δεν απαντάει κάνεις στο τηλέφωνο του καταστηματος. Οπότε στις 20/8 ανέβηκα Πολυγυρο για να μου πουν ότι το δέμα μου βρίσκεται τελικά στα Μουδανιά σε ένα νέο κατάστημα το οποίο δεν έχει ανοίξει επίσημα. Και όταν ρώτησα γτ δεν έχετε ενημερωσει το σύστημα και συνεχίζει να γράφει "Κατάστημα Πολυγύρου" η απάντηση της κυρίας ήταν ότι το νέο κατάστημα δεν έχει σύστημα, λες και ήταν το λογικό και φυσιολογικό! Ούτε μια συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία!!!!! Ααα επίσης έχουν πάρα πολύ δουλειά και δεν προλαβαίνουν να σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο... Μάλλον ήμουν πάρα πολύ άτυχη και τώρα 4 ημέρες που καλώ ανά μία ώρα πέφτω πάνω στην παρα πολύ δουλειά τους.... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!!!! Normally there should be a choice / marking for the worst experience !!!! Not a single star is worth the specific store and I explain. On 12/8 the parcel was sent from Crete to Nea Moudania, Halkidiki. From 16/8 it seems that the parcel is in the store of Polygyros with the mark "impossibility of delivery-routing of shipment". I contact the store from which I bought the shoes to tell me that the General Post Office store in N. Moudania is closed and that I will be served by Polygyros. I should note that since 16/8 I have been trying to contact Polygyros to find out why my parcel went there and Until today 20/8 no one answers the store's phone. So on 8/20 I went up to Polygyros to be told that my package is finally in Moudania in a new store which has not officially opened. And when I asked why you did not update the system and he continues to write "Polygyros Store" the lady's answer was that the new store does not have a system, as if it was logical and normal! Not even an apology for the inconvenience !!!!! Aaa they also have a lot of work and they do not manage to pick up the phone ... I was probably very unlucky and now 4 days that I call every hour I fall on their very work .... UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!
