★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη ανύπαρκτη, αφού κανείς δε σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο. τα δέματα για κάποιο άγνωστο λόγο τα κρατάν μέρες στα γραφεία τους και μετά αν εισαι τυχερός τα προωθούν στον προορισμό τους.
 non-existent customer service, since no one picks up the phone. the parcels for some unknown reason keep them in their offices for days and then if you are lucky they send them to their destination.

Η παράδοση αργεί πάντα ανεξήγητα, το σύστημα tracking ενημερώνεται με 2 μέρες καθυστέρηση, κρατάνε τα δέματα για μέρες μετά την άφιξη στην αποθήκη αντί να τα μοιράσει ο κουριερ, στα τηλέφωνα τους βρίσκεις σπάνια και μετά από πολλη ώρα αναμονής και δεν ξέρουν να σου απαντήσουν σε τίποτα!! Απλά τραγική εξυπηρέτηση !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχω κανει ποτέ αξιολόγηση σε μαγαζια κλπ επειδη κατανοω οτι μπορεί καποιοι υπάλληλοι να είχαν μια κακιά μερα ειναι ανθρώπινο.
Αλλα αυτη η γενική ταχυδρομική ειναι οτι χειρότερο έχει υπάρξει ποτέ δεν θα γραψω λόγους.
Λειτουργεί σαν καφενείο σε επαρχία το 1 αστέρι πολυ ειναι

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις 17/1 "κυνηγάω" ένα δέμα.
Ας θεωρήσω ότι την ευθύνη της καθυστέρησης την είχε η εταιρία που έκανα την παραγγελία. Έχει φτάσει από τις 31/1, δεν είχα ενημέρωση, ούτε sms, ούτε μνμ. Και αναφέρουν ότι ο παραλήπτης άγνωστος.
Τηλεφωνώ από τις 12.30 ανελλιπώς και ή δεν απαντούν ή είναι κατειλημμένο.
Μακράν η χειρότερη εταιρία.

Δεν στέλνουν τις αποστολές με τους διανομείς και ισχυρίζονται ότι πέρασαν και ότι υπήρξε αδυναμία παράδοσης και δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα για να συνεννοηθεί κάνεις μαζί τους. Απλά τραγικοί, θα ενημερώσω φίλους και γνωστούς να μην χρησιμοποιούν ποτέ αυτή την αναξιόπιστη εταιρεία!!????
They are unacceptable !! They do not send the shipments with the distributors and they claim that they passed and that there was an impossibility of delivery and they do not pick up the phones to consult with them.
