Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους ισχυρίστηκαν ότι επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ με αποδείξεις εννοείται και με επιτακτικό ύφος με ενημέρωσε ότι θα μου φέρει την παραγγελία μου μετά από μια εβδομάδα και μου έκλεισε το τηλ στα μούτρα.... Απλά ΑΙΣΧΟΣ....ο,τι χειρότερο μεταφορικη υπηρεσία ...
 The guys are unacceptable ..... The girl who picks up the phone rudely, the employee did not notify when!
After a telephone conversation I had with them, they claimed that they contacted me, something that never happened with receipts, of course, and in an imperative manner informed me that he would bring my order after a week and hung up the phone in my face .... Just DISGUSTING .... the worst transport service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. 1 small envelope more than 10 days, they called one time on day 5 and then did not try to reach me again. 1 more week waiting, calling every day the delivery guy (who would not answer) and the shop where there is only an answering machine and no way to get to them. Had to drive there (40km) to be met with an impolite desk clerk who told me they don`t have a telephone, no person responsible to talk to and of course no refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst courier service here! The employees are so rude ! They never bring or collect any parcels. They never notify you at all, thus you either have to go get it or it is returned. I spent two days on the phone to.ups and the central offices but they didn't bat an eyelash! When i called the service here the grumpy lady said there was no way the delivery guy was going to collect my parcel! I quote her exact words were "lady, bring it yourself!" I fathom.the people should close this service as they are a disgrace! I wonder why the central office does not take matters in their own hands and do something about it! Its their name at stake!
