★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Ο πελάτης θα πρέπει να λαμβάνει τις υπηρεσίες για τις οποίες πληρώνει,έστω κι αν μπαίνει στο κατάστημα στις18:00. Εάν ήταν 18:01, τότε ο πελάτης δε θα είχε δίκιο.
2.Μια αγενής εργαζόμενη ή προϊσταμένη μπορεί να χαλάσει την εικόνα μιας επιχείρησης, και είναι κρίμα γιατί οι υπόλοιποι εργαζόμενοι είναι ευγενέστατοι.
3.Εάν δε σου φτάνει η ευγένεια και θελεις αρνητική αξιολόγηση για να κάνεις σωστά τη δουλειά σου, τότε "κλάφ΄τα Χαράλαμπε".
4.Όποιος κατάλαβε, κατάλαβε.
