Αναζητούμε από τους προμηθευτές τα προϊόντα που μας αποστέλλουν και η Γενική ταχυδρομική τους απαντάει αδυναμία παράδοσης, χωρίς ποτέ να έχουν έρθει στο χώρο μας ή να έχουν τηλεφωνήσει!! Forgivingly unacceptable. No service mood. We look for the products from the suppliers that they send us and the General Post Office answers their impossibility of delivery, without ever having come to our place or to have called !!
P	Panos Trokos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το γνωστο κολπο με την "αδυναμια παραδοσης" ενω ειμαστε στο σπιτι, το κανει η συγκεκριμενη εταιρεια εδω και πολλους μηνες. Η χειροτερη μεταφορικη με διαφορα , σε αναγκαζουν να πας να παρεις ο ιδιος το αντικειμενο απο την αποθηκη. The well-known trick with the "impossibility of delivery" while we are at home, has been done by this company for many months. Worst shipping with various, they force you to go and get the item yourself from the warehouse.
Z	Zwaki Wanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο courier δεν χτύπησε το κουδούνι καλά η καθόλου (μπορεί να συμβεί άνθρωποι είσαστε) αλλά να μην παίρνει τηλέφωνο είναι απαράδεκτο! Πήρα στο γραφειο κ ρώτησα γιατί δεν με πήρανε τηλ κ στείλανε μόνο μήνυμα στο viber(δεν το χρησιμοποιώ τυχαίατο δα)γιατί περιμένω φαρμακευτική τροφή κ μου απάντησε με αυτή την έκφραση " ΕΜΕΙΣ ΕΤΣΙ ΚΆΝΟΥΜΕ" κ ότι το δέμα μου είναι σε ένα κατάστημα (αρκετά μακριά) υπονοώντας να πάω να το πάρω από εκεί...Δεν μου πε καν τι ώρα περίπου να το περιμένω την επόμενη κ ρώτησα μόνη μου.. Επίσης ζήτησα τα ονόματα κ δεν μου τα έδωσε με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να πάρω στα κεντρικά να εξηγήσω τι έγινε για να μου πούνε να περιμένω τηλέφωνο... The courier did not ring the bell well or at all (it can happen people are you) but not picking up the phone is unacceptable! I went to the office and asked why they did not call me and only sent a message on viber (I do not use it by chance) why I am waiting for medicine and he replied with the expression "WE DO THIS" and that my package is in a store (enough away) implying to go get it from there ... I did not even say what time to wait for it the next day and I asked myself .. I also asked for the names and he did not give them to me so I have to go to the headquarters to explain what happened to tell me to wait for the phone ...

Επίσης οι περισσότεροι τηρούν τα μέτρα προστασίας για τον κορονοιο. Despite the workload, the employees are polite and do their best to serve the public. Η συνεργαζομενη εταιρεία έγραφε πως μπορεί να καλέσει ο πελάτης να επιστρέψει δωρεάν το δέμα μέσω της κουριερ .... Εδώ και 2 μέρες τηλεφωνώ και δεν απαντάει κανείς, ενώ καλεί. Απ ότι φαίνεται θα αναγκαστώ να το πάω η ίδια. The courier brought me the package and the courier was helpful, until I had to return the parcel ..... The cooperating company wrote that the customer can call to return the parcel free of charge through the courier .... I have been calling for 2 days now and no one answers while calling. Apparently I will have to go it myself.
F	Fotini Kasapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορείς να τους βρεις, δεν απαντάνε στο σταθερό και επιπλέον δεν σε ενημερώνουν για το αν έχει έρθει το δέμα σου ή όχι. Έχω κάνει μια παραγγελία ή οποία φαίνεται να έχει φτάσει στο κατάστημα 8/02 και δεν μου το έχουν φέρει ακόμη, δεν με έχουν ενημερώσει ότι έχει έρθει και δεν απαντάνε στο τηλέφωνο για να μπορέσω να συνεννοηθώ μαζί τους. Και αν κάποιος πει ότι μπορεί να σου έφεραν το δέμα και εσύ να έλειπες, αυτό δεν ισχύει καθώς η διεύθυνση αποστολής που έχω δώσει είναι της εργασίας μου όπου είναι ανοιχτά 9.00-21.00 Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή οπότε οι δικαιολογίες είναι ψεύτικες..... Αλλά ακόμη και αν ίσχυε κάτι τέτοιο θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει κάποια ειδοποίηση στη πόρτα για να με ενημερώσουν ότι ενδεχομένως ήρθαν και δε με βρήκαν...... Γενικά ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΈΤΗΣΗ You can not find them, they do not answer the landline and in addition they do not inform you about whether your parcel has arrived or not. I have placed an order or which seems to have arrived at the store on 8/02 and they have not brought it to me yet, they have not informed me that it has arrived and they do not answer the phone so that I can communicate with them. And if someone says that they may have brought you the parcel and you were missing, this does not apply as the shipping address I have given is my work where it is open 9.00-21.00 Monday to Friday so the excuses are false ..... But even if that was the case, there should have been some notice at the door to let me know that they might have come and not found me ...... Generally UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
