It will come faster and you won't want to kill yourself from the wait. It's not the fault of the people working there, by the way. Please don't be rude to them. They are overworked and underpaid as is and don't need you to yell at them for something that they can't do anything about.

k	kos pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced. I really wish google allowed zero stars or negative stars. When you call customer service they never pick up. When you go to the office there is always a queue of 10 or more people waiting, and if you do manage to get inside, they can’t EVER find your package. When you complain to head office, they give you the phone number of the Zakynthos office that never gets answered!!! It took my package 14 hours to go from Athens to the Zakynthos ACS OFFICE which is over 400 km away. It’s been over 50 hours since it arrived and I still don’t have it and I am only 4 km from the office!!! Terrible!! Just terrible!!! Use literally any other service, even the national postal service!!!

How is it possible that these constant lying people with their disgusting behaviour still work there. And how is it possible that DHL still using this compagny and don’t start their own office please DHL do something about this
A	Abi Arnold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in the store for ten minutes while the server sat there on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then told me I don’t have a mask on (I had a bandana scarf), I said well I’ve already been stood here for ten minutes and you didn’t even acknowledge me. Then told me I can’t have my package unless I am wearing a mask. 2 other members of staff walked through the back corridor without ANYTHING on their face. I said to her well your staff don’t have masks so why can you not just give me my package, bearing in mind I have a 4 month old baby with me. The total worst courier in the world ever.
K	Kristina Symes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! Refused to deliver the package unless I get a Greek telephone number. Not only did the courier refused to come around and try ringing the doorbell, they lied to DHL (the main courier company who handed the package over to them) that I refused to pay on delivery. The next day, my holiday apartment host kindly allowed me to use his Greek telephone number for the delivery. ACS refused to take it, saying I will have to come to the office to get the parcel (40min on foot). If I could give this service 0 stars, I would. This is the worst service I received in my life, from anywhere.
