Ho affittato uno scooter per 5 giorni e, alla scadenza del quinto giorno, gli ho chiesto se fosse possibile estendere l'affitto per un ulteriore giorno, e mi hanno detto che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema (inoltre il giorno aggiuntivo me lo hanno fatto pagare ad una tariffa inferiore).
Inoltre, durante il noleggio, ho avuto un problema con lo scooter in quanto non si metteva più in moto, quindi li ho chiamati e, dopo 30 minuti, mi hanno raggiunto con un altro scooter che mi hanno immediatamente dato in sostituzione.

I rented a scooter for 5 days and, at the end of the fifth day, I asked him if it was possible to extend the rent for another day, and they told me that there would be no problem (plus the additional day they did pay at a lower rate).
Also, during the rental, I had a problem with the scooter as it no longer started so I called them and, after 30 minutes, they reached me with another scooter which they immediately gave me as a replacement.
