β β β β β Be careful! There are hidden costs associated with car delivery to certain locations (not included in "total" when making online booking). On booking the cost was indicated to be β¬54, then there was a hidden β¬50 delivery fee. Had to cancel my booking, and was refused a full refund.

β β β β β We had the best time renting a car at Jetcar Rental! We got declined before by THREE rental services in Zakynthos 12 hours before picking up the car and were totally desperate and angry about that (we always got a final confirmation for renting a car and then they called us 12 to 6 hours before ?!). We texted Costa on WhatsApp and he could offer us a great Jeep which my boyfriend loved to drive - the car was superclean, safe and the air condition worked nicely. Costa offered us a great service with full insurance at a reasonable price - 10/10!

β β β β β We took a reservation online, then we wanted to take the car. Unfortunately we have'nt not a credit card and the rent company said: "I can't give you the car!". We tried with debit card, with deposit, with a garanty. The answer was NO. Then we called carnet, nobody answered (we called them several hours).
Second day I talked with them and they didn't want to give us back the money or a voucher, or something because "the term and conditions". I lost 154 euros.
I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
