Great hotel with lots of space. Not too crowded when travelling in June. The all inclusive food and drinks are better than you would think. Nice rooms, pool and view from the pool bar.

It is a very cozy, clean and kids friendly resort. Has two big pools and direct access to the beach. Had all inclusive but the food is very repetitive, not so much variation. Staff has been really friendly and can speak english and german. Close to a proper supermarket, approximately 100 - 200 meters. Also having easy access to public transportation towards Chania.

A very good renovated hotel with great staff, green hotel surroundings, sea view. All inclusive menu was like a' la carte. Sandy beach, several pools (we had a private one). Gym, playground for children, supermarket, Lidl opposite the hotel. No noise at night time, occasionally a car or bike speeding by. Been here two times. They are working hard to be a classy yet affordable hotel on Platanias and believe me they are doing a good job. Last but not least we had a noiseless air conditioning working like a dream.

Decent rooms. Freshly painted. Bed was quite comfy. Good size balcony. Nice location. TV was tiny with poor reception and worse channels.

Worst hotel I ever been in, they don’t clean the rooms on Sunday they don’t change the towels everyday and if you ask for clean or new towels on Sunday they says we don’t have full service of cleaning on Sundays and we can change the towels on Monday !!! Like seriously I never heard of that and never experienced that. And some of the workers are so disrespectful.

Its a nice cozy place. Very laid back and the service is good.

The location is great, the hotel is directly at the beach and the pools are just a few steps away from the sea. Decoration of the room was not very modern but it does not really matter as the beds were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff (maybe except one guy at the reception). Food was not amazing but definitely quite good for an all-inclusive buffet. There were always some delicious options. Try to choose the Greek dishes. There is also an ala carte option for 5€ extra where you can try lots of Cretan dishes. We liked the food there a lot. We did not like the red wine (but the white was fine) that was served for free for the all-inclusive option. But there are a lot of other wines one can pay for. Strangely, beach towels or sunbeds at the beach are not included, even with all-inclusive. But there are plenty of sunbeds by the pool which is a few steps away from the sand. Last but not least, IF YOU ARE BOOKING WITH TUI: the photos of the rooms are not correct. They show rooms with a nice seaview but in fact if it is written side seaview (which is the case at the moment for all rooms available by TUI ) you might not have any seaview from the room at all but only from your balcony. Also they are not very clear about the all inclusive rules. E.g. the bar is only serving all-inclusive until 22:30. Overall we liked it and would consider staying again if we visit the area.
