Tour Car Rental in Crete Platanias I rented a car at this company and when I returned the car, they drew it away and accused me for having damaged the car! I called the Police and after 3 hours of arguing I ended up paying 100 Euros to get out of there. Be careful - these guys are cheaters!

b	bjørn amundsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT CAR THERE!! On the car it was some small scratches under the bumper when we got the car. But this was nothing and no need to write in report on car they told, he appeared very nice and I trusted him. When we came back with the car they immediately look under the bumper and say I made this scratches and show the report that it was not before! Of course I say this is not true and we end up arguing and he even start be fysical. My girlfriend go in the middle and tell him stop and act normal. Then he push her with force and lift his hand to hit she! I had to grab him and try calm him, but then he treaten me with a stick! I am not easy scared and calm, so nothing happen luckily but what an experience from what appeared to be a nice old man... Never rent a car there. Look on google reports to. This company must go out of business.

Their cars don't have insurance, and they took 400euros as deposit. When we returned the car, they searched 10 min. and found small scratch and accused us for that, even we know we did not do it, it was so small, hardly to see. They did not want to give us our deposit money and my boyfriend did not want to give them the key, and when we said that we are going to call the police, he said he will give us our deposit, but while giving me, he took from my hand 100 euros!! And now we see here that they use the same trick with everyone and that many people had the similar problem! We know that police will not do anything, but we will tell our agency not to send people there! We never had this kind of situation in our life, THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!!
R	Robert Alves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very afraid to book from eV rentals when I noticed all of the bad reviews but I had a great experience with them. We rented to Audi convertible and the car worked perfectly. I made sure to follow the three main rules that the owner had for me: 1) Stay on main roads (Don’t drive the car to Balos Beach) 2) Fill the car up with correct gasoline (he tells you of a gas station nearby that will fill it up for you) 3) Don’t dent or scratch the car (this includes under the car) I took a ton of pictures of the car when we first rented it in case we were disputed with our deposit. We rented the car on time and mad sure to fully clean everything before returning to ensure it came back in the same condition that we rented it from. My deposit was returned a few days later. We had a great experience and would rent from again.
