★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επέλεξα την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία για να κάνω τη μετακόμιση μου αλλά δυστυχώς απογοητεύτηκα από την επιλογή μου!
Αρχικά μου φανήκανε κάπως ανοργάνωτοι γιατί ήταν πολλά άτομα και δε έδειχναν να ήξεραν τι να κάνουν.
Μου έριξαν κάτω τρία διαφορετικά πράγματα την ώρα της μετακόμισης ( ρούχα , τραπεζάκι , σακούλες με πράγματα) κ απλά ένα συγγνώμη ούτε είδαν αν χτυπήθηκαν τα έπιπλα. Δε ξέρω αν κ οι υπόλοιπες εταιρείες αμπαλάρουν τα έπιπλα με ταινία μόνο αλλά δυο συρταριερες εξαιτίας αυτής της ταινίας βγήκε το ξύλο σε κάποια σημεία!
Στο νέο σπίτι μου αφήσανε τη κούνια του μωρού στο σαλόνι γιατί έπρεπε να τη λύσουν ώστε να μπει στο δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να πάρω τηλέφωνο να ξανά έρθει κάποιος ( είπαν ότι αφού μπορούμε κ μόνοι μας να το κάνουμε γι αυτό το αφήσανε!!!) να το στήσει εκεί που πρέπει! ( και να σημειώσω εδώ ότι είχα ήδη πληρώσει και άφησα κ παραπάνω χρήματα για τον κόπο των ανθρώπων αλλά τελικά καλοσύνη δε είδα)
Έπειτα από έναν δρόμο πιο πάνω περάσαμε να πάρουμε έναν καναπέ ακόμα κ γι αυτό μας χρεώσανε 50€ παραπάνω ( δεν είπα να το κάνουνε τσάμπα αλλά ήμαρτον 50€ ) και τον κουβάλησε κ ο άντρας μου ! Δεν ξέρω αλλά ευχαριστημένοι δε μείναμε γιατί ήταν άρπα κόλλα όλη η κατάσταση κ δεν έδειξαν προσοχή καθόλου στα έπιπλα και στις κούτες αν και έγραφαν προσοχή/ εύθραυστο Κτλ! Δε θα προτινα την εταιρεία αυτή για μετακόμιση πάντως λυπάμαι! Ελπίζω στο μέλλον να είναι πιο προσεκτικοί και οργανωμένοι !
I chose this company to make my move but unfortunately I was disappointed with my choice!
At first they seemed a bit disorganized because there were so many people and they did not seem to know what to do.
They threw down three different things at me during the move (clothes, table, bags with things) and just an apology, they did not even see if the furniture was hit. I do not know if the other companies wrap the furniture with tape only but two drawers because of this tape the wood came out in some places!
In my new house they left the baby crib in the living room because they had to untie it so that it could enter the room and I had to get a phone call for someone to come again (they said that since we can do it ourselves, they left it !!!) set it up where it should be! (and to note here that I had already paid and left even more money for the effort of the people but in the end I did not see kindness)
After a road above we went to get another sofa and for that they charged us 50 € more (I did not say to make it a mess but it was 50 €) and my husband carried it too! I do not know but we were not happy because the whole situation was harp glue and they did not pay any attention to the furniture and the boxes, although they wrote attention / fragile etc! I would not prefer this company for moving, however I am sorry! I hope in the future they will be more careful and organized!
