Δευτέρα 9/11 πρώτη αποτυχημένη προσπάθεια παράδοσης (παράξενο καθώς ήμασταν σπίτι και απλά βρήκαμε το ειδοποιητήριο στο κουδούνι, τέλος πάντων το προσπερνάμε αυτό). Τηλέφωνο το ίδιο μεσημέρι στα κεντρικά για να έρθει την επόμενη μέρα. Μου λένε ότι θα ενημερώσουν το τοπικό κατάστημα για να παραλάβω Τρίτη...
Τετάρτη μεσημέρι ξανά τηλέφωνο αλλά στο τοπικό κατάστημα, οι οποίοι δεν είχαν καμία ενημέρωση απ'ότι κατάλαβα από τα κεντρικά. Μου λένε για παράδοση Πέμπτη... Παρασκευή σήμερα και ακόμα το δέμα αναμένεται... Καλύτερα να γράφετε με ποιες επιχειρήσεις συνεργάζεστε ώστε να ξέρουμε να τις αποφεύγουμε.

Αρχικά, κατανοώ τον φόρτο που υπάρχει λόγω της όλης κατάστασης με τα μέτρα απαγόρευσης κυκλοφορίας. Ωστόσο, το να μου λέτε σε πρώτη επικοινωνία τη Δευτέρα ότι θα παραλάβω την επόμενη ημέρα, σε δεύτερη επικοινωνία την Τετάρτη ότι θα παραλάβω Πέμπτη και Παρασκευή το δέμα να μην έχει έρθει, το θεωρώ κοροϊδία!
Αν αναφέρατε εξαρχής την πολιτική σας των 5 ημερών εφόσον έχασα την πρώτη παράδοση, δεν θα υπήρχε πρόβλημα.
Και εφόσον έχω ήδη πληρώσει τα μεταφορικά, το να μου λέτε να πάω εγώ να το παραλάβω από κάποιο σημείο εξυπηρέτησης το θεωρώ πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση.

Monday 9/11 first failed delivery attempt (strange as we were home and just found the alarm on the bell, we skip this anyway). Phone the same noon at the headquarters to come the next day. They tell me that they will inform the local store so that I can pick up on Tuesday ...
Wednesday afternoon phone again but at the local store, who had no information from what I understood from the headquarters. They tell me about delivery on Thursday ... Friday today and the package is still expected ... It is better to write which companies you work with so that we know how to avoid them.

First of all, I understand the burden that exists due to the whole situation with the anti-traffic measures. However, to tell me in the first communication on Monday that I will receive the next day, in the second communication on Wednesday that I will receive the parcel on Thursday and Friday if it has not arrived, I consider it a joke!
If you mentioned your 5 day policy from the beginning since I lost the first delivery, there would be no problem.
And since I have already paid the shipping, telling me to go pick it up from a service point is a very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άλλο ένα εξυπηρετικότατο υποκατάστημα. Μένω σε άλλη περιοχή και με εξυπηρετεί διαφορετικό υποκατάστημα αλλά δεν απαντούσαν στον αριθμό που βρήκα στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα. Κάλεσα, λοιπόν, στο υποκατάστημα της Γλυφάδας και η κυρία μου έδωσε από μόνη της το σωστό αριθμό πριν προλάβω να της το ζητήσω. Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, τόσο οι ίδιοι στο υποκατάστημα όσο και η εταιρεία γενικά. Ο μικρότερος χρόνος παράδοσης και παραλαβής πακέτου που κυκλοφορεί σήμερα.
Another very helpful branch. I live in another area and I am served by a different branch but they did not answer the number I found on the official website. So I called the Glyfada branch and the lady gave me the right number before I could ask her. Very kind and helpful, both themselves at the branch and the company in general. The shortest delivery and package delivery time available today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταλαιπωρήθηκα για 1 βδομάδα απίστευτα από τις "μεγάλες" εταιρίες ταχυμεταφορών με μια ατέρμονη αναμονή . Τελικά η διεκπεραίωση του αιτήματός μου έγινε, με μια απόλυτη απλότητα, τηλεφωνώντας στην Courier Center της Γλυφάδας. Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κυρία Τερέζα και τους διανομείς της εταιρίας που μου έλυσαν, με ένα τηλέφωνο (το οποίο σηκώνουν και δεν αγνοούν..!), ένα πρόβλημα που με ταλαιπωρούσε μια βδομάδα. Να είστε καλά!
I suffered for 1 week unbelievably from the "big" courier companies with an endless wait. Finally, my request was processed, with absolute simplicity, by calling the Courier Center of Glyfada. Many thanks to Mrs. Teresa and the distributors of the company who solved me, with a phone (which they pick up and do not ignore ..!), A problem that bothered me for a week. Be well!

Excellent in all of them. Courtesy, service, willingness, delivery time. Even with the adverse conditions due to bad weather, they surrendered on the same day. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακάρι να υπήρχε αρνητική βαθμολογία. Δεν έχω δει χειρότερη μεταφορική. Δέμα για δώρο Χριστουγέννων μεγάλης αξίας το πάνε και το φέρνουν σε όλη την Αθήνα, δεν έχουν ιδέα πότε θα παραδοθεί, στη συνέχεια το χάνουν και λένε ψέμματα ότι δεν βρήκαν τον παραλήπτη. Προς τα ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα, παρακαλώ να δηλώνετε τη μεταφορική που συνεργάζεστε για να ξέρουμε… να την αποφεύγουμε !!!
I wish there was a negative rating. I have not seen a worse metaphor. They take a package for a Christmas gift of great value and bring it all over Athens, they have no idea when it will be delivered, then they lose it and lie that they did not find the recipient. To the online stores, please state the shipping that you cooperate so that we know… to avoid it !!!
