★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη είχα κάνει μια θήκη παραγγελία μου ήρθε μετά απο 9 μέρες έληξε μετά η προσφορά και μου ζητούσαν να πληρώσω με την κανονική της τιμή ενώ εγώ την είχα παραγγείλει με τιμή προσφορας

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο κατάστημα Σερρών η πλειονότητα των υπαλλήλων είναι ασαφείς όσον αφορά τις πληροφορίες που δίνουν αλλά και παραπλανητικοί ως προς τις υπηρεσίες που παρέχουν. Σίγουρα στον βαθμό που μπορώ δεν θα επιλέξω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. ????
In the Serres store, the majority of employees are vague in terms of the information they provide but also misleading in terms of the services they provide. Certainly as far as I can I will not choose this particular store again. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι γιατί έδωσα το κινητό για να δουν τι πρόβλημα έχει ( εντός εγγύησης) κ αυτοί όχι μόνο δεν το έκαναν, αλλά μου ζητούσαν , δεν θυμάμαι πόσα ευρώ για να το επισκευασουν, λέγοντάς μου ότι το πρόβλημα είναι εκτος εγγύησης. (Σας πίστεψα) . Κ ΤΟ ΚΟΡΥΦΑΙΟ. Για να το πάρω πίσω θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω κάποια χρήματα. Γελάνε κ οι πέτρες...αυτό έγινε πριν 2 χρόνια..
A star because I gave the cell phone to see what problem it has (under warranty) and they not only did not do it, but they asked me, I do not remember how many euros to repair it, telling me that the problem is out of warranty. (I believed you). THE TOP. To get it back I had to pay some money. The stones are laughing too ... this happened 2 years ago ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου επαγγελματίες! Το μόνο που τους νοιάζει είναι αν ο πελάτης ακόμα φορά μάσκα ??? κ περιμένεις υπομονετικά την σειρά σου ( αν δεν είσαι αργόσχολος …. Αλλιώς τζους! ) υγ. Δεν θα σχολιάσω την ενημέρωση τους περί ψηφιακής μέριμνας. Κ το ένα αστέρι πολύ είναι αλλά δεν είχα άλλη επιλογή ??
Not at all professionals! All they care about is if the customer is still wearing a mask ??? and you are patiently waiting for your turn (unless you are a lounger Αλ. Otherwise jus!) Y. I will not comment on their update on digital care. One star is a lot but I had no other choice ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was over loaded with who to talk to... Very much organised reception... I wanted an OTE service and they were a bit not knowing what I said in Greek, ... But also not cheerful enough to encourage me to come back for review... Particular shop was not good for me today may be another time.
