★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικό πρόθυμο και ευγενικό. Δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος από την εμπειρία του προσωπικού που τόσο διαφημίζεται. Ως μεγάλη αλυσίδα, είναι ένα κατάστημα απρόσωπο και αρκετά τηλέφωνα και αξεσουάρ κινητών θα τα βρείτε στο διαδίκτυο σε καλύτερες τιμές.
Personal willing and polite. I was not satisfied with the experience of the staff that is so advertised. As a large chain, it is a faceless store and you will find several phones and mobile accessories online at better prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ειδικά από έναν καλοταισμενο υπάλληλο, προφανώς με την ανοχή του ιδιοκτήτη. Δεν προσφέρει ετσι κι αλλιώς κάτι για να δικαιολογεί την ύπαρξη του. Προτιμήστε τον ΟΤΕ έστω και με λίγη αναμονή με πολύ καλό προσωπικό και διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.
Unacceptable behavior especially by a well-paid employee, obviously with the tolerance of the owner. It does not offer anything to justify its existence anyway. Prefer OTE even with a little waiting with very good staff and willingness to serve.
