After 30’ I called again to find out if there are any news and they told me to just wait for the person to call me back. After 1.5 hours, nobody called back. Thank you for the inconvenience and I will spend my money somewhere else.

Although they were not responsible for the complexity of the matter, the staff and in particular Giorgos, took it upon themselves to resolve it and were very helpful, kind and extremely efficient! I would definitely recommend them!!
