Worst shopping experience in my life. I received a coupon as an apology for another messed up purchase I made. After redeeming the coupon online for an ssd drive purchase, I chose to pick up the item from the store. They send me a confirmation email that prompted me to go to the store and pick up the item and when I got there they asked me to pay the full price as they said the coupon was not valid for this item, because the ssd drive is not considered a computing item!! and the coupon could only be used for computing items (even though I had successfully used the coupon code online). I tried to resolve this issue with the store's staff for 2 hours (the irony is that in the email I received they claimed that the pick up procedure would last maximum 3 minuted) and finally I left empty handed and they promised to call me when they resolved the issue (I guess never). And remember, this parody happened after they messed up my previous purchase. Do your mental health a favor and stay away.

Bought recently a cooking stove and the service delivery and pick up of the old one was magnificent. Well done to the business for offering high quality after sales service to the customers plus value for money purchases

I spent over an hour in Kotsovolos today because I was ready to purchase the new IPad Pro with a pen and keyboard and also was considering buying a iPhone 12 pro. The young sales representative was doing his best to answer all my questions and find the perfect devices to test out for my new startup business. I ended up leaving Kostovolos with empty hands! What happened was after discussing a deal on the total price of the purchase which I agreed too I asked to see a monthly payment plan and the finance loan and contract agreement and they failed to give me one. This got me nervous it made me believe I may be getting riped off somehow. They said to me we only provide that at the register where I would make the deposit payment. A man came over a couple times in a blue shirt to ask the salespeople and me If we need any help. I wasn’t sure if he was the manager or the doorman since the entire time I was there I only noticed he was standing next to the door. I proceeded later and waited in line at the register to receive the finance payment plan and contract agreement. When I got there the lady at the register would not give me the paper that the sales man said I would get there to see all the details of the deal and plan I was getting. They insisted we give them an ID and AΦΜ number, which I did to get the paper. I explained I would later be financing it in my mothers name and the lady didn’t want to print out the payment plan and loan contract to see it before I would give her the deposit. Long story short the doorman came again and asked what the issue was since the line was getting longer at the register. He explained to me that the salesman doesn’t show you the payment plan and loan contract the lady at the register does. I asked him if the lady goes through the contract with me at the registered and he said yes and I said what about the line behind me? I believe my experience there today was negative and a waste of my time because of lack of proper management and because Kotsovolos has a bad set up for the process of a customer trying to get a financial plan with them. I asked the manager while I was standing in front of the register a few questions such as which bank is giving me the loan? I’m at the register and I don’t know what I’m doing or what I am about to pay and sign! Seems a bit sketchy to me! I was trying to explain that I need to be sure and see the Loan contract and a detailed payment plan with interest and everything because if I don’t understand before I sign and they directed me at the register as they did like that to give an immediate deposit empty handed it’s misleading conduct and also financial misleading conduct on behalf of the bank which he failed to answer my question which bank the loan is with. He directed me back to the sales person to give me a payment plan and contract and the salesperson after directed me back to the register! I decided to just walk out and go somewhere else , on my way out he saw me and didn’t ask me if everything got sorted out and if I bought the new I Pad pro and iPhone 12 pro , after I said bye he said bye back! He obviously was a doorman in a blue shirt and not a manager. Therefore I assume there was no manager there today!

I visited 1:00 on a Thursday with the store being relatively busy but not packed. Noone greeted clients at the door. I found the bench with the products i was interested in. I picked up on to check it out, a loud alarm goes off. I place it back down feeling bad and waited for someone to react. Despite being in the middle of the store not a single employee even looks my way (!) as if this was something normal….20 very obnoxious seconds later alarm stops. I continue browsing, another person triggers the alarm a few min later. This time a frustrated supervisor begs through radio for someone to turn it off while she crosses the store and asks for ppl to give help to different departments. A hopeless looking client looks at me and says, this has been happening for 20 min….he stayed, i left. Upon the owner's prompt I reported the issue via the "contact" tab on the website.

After it took an entire month to fulfill my order.. and after three visits to the store... the order arrived at the store .. and on pickup it was nowhere to be found... the audacity was being told that they would send it via next day courier... Seriously guys... If i had ordered online .. next day delivery would have been a month ago...

Bought recently 2 air conditions of value 1500 Euros. The agents on the phone promised a free installation service within 5 working day - a gift of value of 160 euros. After 5 days they called me and they informed me that they don't have the capacity to install it within a month and instead they offer a gift card of 100 euros if I install it on my own (not 160 as they value that the installation costs!! ). I have heard that this is a typical practice of this store, as I know that same has happened to my relatives last year. When try to call them, I have to wait more than 30 minutes to talk with an agent, and what I only hear is to have patience. Awful customer service, I don't recommend it to anyone.

The worst customer service ever! Bought recently multiple appliances of total value over 1500 euros. The agents on the phone promised me discounts and vouchers I never got and my product was delayed indefinitely although I was promised delivery within 25 working days. When I asked for a replacement the prices had magically skyrocketed and all discounts were off the table. The phone line has absolutely no reason to exist. Waiting approx. 20-30 min each time to no avail. They simply promise anything and do absolutely nothing. Most are also very very rude. The delivery is another story! The driver arrived 3 hours late! I was not able to request for a slot of delivery as if my whole day should be open for them to pass by. And when I asked to be notified 30 min before arrival they completely ignored me. And that's only a few points. All in all, I will never buy from them again and will never suggest them to anyone.
