★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου έγινε κατανοητό γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να παραλάβουν το κινητό μου για αλλαγή οθόνης, μου ανέφεραν μόνο ότι υπάρχει έλλειψη της συγκεκριμένης οθόνης. Αν δεν το παραλάβουν και δεν το στείλουν κεντρικά για επισκευή, πως αλλιώς θα γίνει, πως θα προβληθεί η ανάγκη για προμήθεια του ανταλλακτικού? Θα πρέπει να παίρνω εγώ τηλέφωνο κάθε βδομάδα για να ενημερωθώ για το αν και πότε ήρθε και αν είναι τελικά διαθέσιμο? Γενικά, έβαλα 3 αστέρια επειδή η αίσθηση που αποκόμισα ήταν μειωμένη τυποποίηση ως προς την αντιμετώπιση τέτοιων ζητημάτων και ενδεχομένως μειωμένο ενδιαφέρον για την πραγματοποίηση της επισκευής. Τελικά το απέστειλα στο επίσημο σέρβις και σε 2 ημέρες από την παραλαβή με ενημέρωσαν για το χρόνο και το κόστος επισκευής.
I did not understand why they could not pick up my cell phone to change the screen, they only told me that there is a lack of this screen. If they do not receive it and do not send it centrally for repair, how else will it be done, how will the need for supply of the spare part be projected? Do I have to call every week to find out if and when it came and if it is finally available? Overall, I put 3 stars because the feeling I got was reduced standardization in dealing with such issues and possibly reduced interest in making the repair. Finally I sent it to the official service and within 2 days of receipt they informed me about the time and cost of repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άσχετος ο τεχνικός..Αγόρασα κάρτα sim για smartwatch .Μου έβγαζε μήνυμα ότι η κάρτα δεν είναι έγκυρη.Όταν τον ρώτησα και του είπα να δει αν είναι σωστά τοποθετημένη χωρίς καν να κοιτάξει μου είπε ότι δεν δουλεύει το smartwatch ..Πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα Γερμανός και με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως..Βάλανε σωστά την κάρτα …
The technician is irrelevant..I bought a sim card for a smartwatch .I was getting a message that the card is not valid.When I asked him and told him to see if it is installed correctly without even looking he told me that the smartwatch does not work ..I went to another store German and they served me immediately..I put the card correctly…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι..έστειλα τον αδερφό μου για μια αλλαγή Ρούτερ που εννοείται δε φταιω εγω που είναι χαλασμένο και ο τρόπος του υπαλλήλου μηδενική.ενα απλό ρουτερ και η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν έχει και να φύγει..ωραία εξυπηρέτηση κρίμα που κάναμε γραμμή στην κοσμοτε για καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση.ας σηκώνεται τα τηλέφωνα να μην γράφαμε αξιολόγηση.και σίγουρα θα πάω στη Vodafone που είναι και πιο φθηνή εταιρία αλλά και άνθρωποι που εξυπηρετούν. Θα μπορούσατε τουλάχιστον να μιλήσετε με άλλο κατάστημα.να βρείτε σε ποιο μπορει να βρει Ρούτερ και οχι να ψάχνει. Έλεος.
Unacceptable..I sent my brother for a router change which of course is not my fault that it is broken and the employee's way zero. better service. let the phones get up so we do not write a rating. and I will definitely go to Vodafone which is also a cheaper company but also people who serve. You could at least talk to another store to find out where it can find a router and not search. Mercy.
