★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχω λογια για την αψογη εξυπηρετηση..... Σε αλλα καταστηματα εδιναν προχειρες λυσεις και ηταν ανίδεοι! Ταλαιπωρηθηκα πανω απο 15 μερες να βρω λυση στο τεχνικο θεμα που αντιμετωπιζα... ΜΟΝΟ στο συγκεκριμενο καταστημα εδωσαν σωστη λυση.Σταυρος και Γιωργος εδωσαν ρεσιταλ ευγενειας και αντιμετωπισης του προβλήματος

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After today’s visit (07-06-17) at the Thessaloniki Germanos branch @ 13 Pavlou Mela St, not only was I delighted, I was extremely delighted with the customer satisfaction and the focused customer orientation. The employee who oversaw my account always had the correct answers to my difficult questions, and although there were many customers waiting to be attended to, the Germanos employee always had a polite smile and managed to complete my very complex account in record time. For obvious reasons, I will not name the this dedicated Germanos employee, but congratulations are also extended to the branch manager and to all the other employees in this certain branch as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to put a protective screen on my phone and went there for help. They didn't have one for my phone's size, so they used one of the wrong size without me noticing at the time. After I left the store I realized that not only was it smaller than my screen, leaving huge gaps on all sides, but it was also tilted. I am amazed that they even went through and used the wrong size without asking me if I would be okay with that. The people definitely don't care about customer satisfaction it seems like, I am very disappointed.
