Ε	Ευαγγελία Ντόμπρου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την ιδιοκτήτρια,έβαλα εχθές ένα τζαμάκι οθόνης στα 11,90€ μου άφησε 2 φούσκες μεγάλες στο πάνω μέρος της οθόνης,μου είπε θα «κάτσουν» μετά και αν δεν να περάσω την επόμενη μέρα ή σε δυο μέρες να βάλουμε άλλη,δεν «έκατσαν» προφανώς και πήγα να μου το διορθώσουνε και μου είπε εκ νέου ότι και δεν διορθώνεται τελικά και δεν μπορεί να μου βάλει την ίδια αλλά καινούρια μήπως έγινε κάποιο λάθος στην τοποθέτηση και δεν μου επιστρέφει τα χρήματα να βάλω κάπου μια καινούρια χωρίς πρόβλημα… ΤΕΛΕΙΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΑ,η υπάλληλος ευγενική αλλά οι οδηγίες από την ιδιοκτήτρια επιεικώς απαράδεκτες!!! Με άφησαν με το τζαμάκι με φούσκες,χωρίς λέει να μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι!!!! Να πως κλείνουν τα μαγαζιά παιδιά….!!! Κρίμα!!!!! Τελείως απαράδεκτοι!!!!! E	ELENA XENIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την ίδια στιγμή (αφού πλήρωσα) ζήτησα να αλλάξω το τζάμι που αγόρασα και να μου δώσουν πιστωτικό. Δεν μου έδωσαν κανένα αποδεικτικό του πιστωτικού. Όταν ζήτησα κάποιο αποδεικτικό, μου είπαν ότι δεν δίνουν τίποτα. Μου είπαν όποτε θέλω να έρθω και να πω το όνομά μου και να πάρω κάτι από το μαγαζί τους. Τους λέω ότι τότε, θέλω τα λεφτά μου πίσω και μου λένε δεν επιστρέφουν χρήματα - είναι πολιτική του καταστήματος. Τους απαντώ ότι δεν είναι θέμα πολιτικής του καταστήματος, αλλά Κοινοτική οδηγία. Να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο - μου είπαν. Μου ζήτησαν όνομα & τηλέφωνο και "όταν θα επικοινωνήσουμε με τον υπεύθυνο, θα σας τηλεφωνήσει". Φέξε μου και γλίστρησα δηλαδή. Ζήτησα πίσω το αρχικό τζάμι που είχα αγοράσει για να ξεμπερδέψω και να μην έχω να κάνω μαζί τους. Ποτέ ξανά από το μαγαζί τους! When I asked for a receipt, they told me they were not giving anything. They told me whenever I wanted to come and say my name and get something from their store. Talk to the person in charge - they told me. They asked for my name & phone number and "when we contact the person in charge, he will call you". Feel me and I slipped. I asked for the original glass I had bought to get rid of it and not have anything to do with them. Never again from their store!
