β β β β β thanks to the whole hotel team. We arrived from the Czech Republic. We really liked it and we will fly again next year. Rooms clean. The service of the whole hotel is great. The bartender from the photo was the best of them all. Large selection of food and drink. Everything without mistakes. Thank you.

β β β β β Short version: It's a solid hotel. Not bad, not especially good.
Longer version:
The staff and the location is really good.
The hotel complex is solid and rooms are okay-ish. Bathroom was quite small. The "upgrade" for sea-view was not worth it at all.
The balcony is small and really not that inviting for relaxing. It only has a really basic chair and table. Nothing where you want to sit in the evening and let the day pass. Also you have to keep in mind that you get the noise from the restaurant and bar till late in the evening/night with it.
The food was okay. It was not bad at all, but also nothing you would really enjoy (except for the dessert! They were most of the times really good!).
What bothered me in the end was, that the hotel offered breakfast bags for you in case of a daytrip. But this is excluded for the day you leave. I don't understand this rule. You paid for the day and in every other hotel I was, these bags were also offered for the last day. But here we had to prepare and provide for our selfs because we had to leave really early in the morning
In the end I didn't regret staying there, but for the next time I would choose a different location to stay

β β β β β We chose the Santa Marina Beach for our holiday this year because we had some people recommend it to us. What else can I say than we were truly amazed.We enjoyed ever second in the hotel.Not only the hotel and beach were perfect, pretty and really clean. The staff was more than nice so it was a pleasure being a guest here. Good service and nice food made our stay unforgettable. Definitely going to come back!

β β β β β Food was repetitive and cold. Too many steps. Not suitable for older people. No entertainment. Toilets downstairs were dirty and one door didn't lock. Staff were friendly but not enough of them. Badly in need of an update.

Staying is Santa Marina Beach is like a dream. You have right in front of you a great beach which is so soothing. The staff is professional and everything offered from food and cocktails to massage and entertainment is of very high level. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking to visit Crete for an unforgettable stay <33333

β β β β β Excellently located hotel, right next to the beach with free sun beds and umbrellas. I recommend rooms with a sea view. Very nice, quick-response service - especially Michail. The food are tasty, but a bit monotonous after 2 weeks. Rooms was very clean. I recommend this hotel.
