Best Hotel in Greece

c	cristian Cojocaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOOD POV:Very good food,good location,very clean all round,good size rooms and comfy beds with very good room service. BAD POV:Lack of communication between our tour operator and these facilities in terms of unexpected fees(they were small fees anyway but still),lack of beach space and pretty much the maintenance of it in all ways!,no lifeguard on the swimming pool/s and the beach patch it self. Should we repeat????......probably YES.

T	Torben Schou Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice large 2 room apartments. Great breakfast buffet. A sign say you are not allowed to block sunbeds with towel but everybody do. Hotel is primary for full service tourists, slow service to others.
W	Wiktor Bera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel I've ever been in. Very tidy, comfortable. Very good place because it's in the centre of the town. There is a bus stop and many shops around. The hotel beach is suprisingly good. It's not crowded, it's sandy and just about 5 meters from the hotel swimming pool and beach bar. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The entertainment team is just the best. They are very tallented and can make your time there even more special. Food is really really really good. Probably the best I've eaten in my whole life ? I would reccommend this hotel to everybody (doesn't matter if you have kids, I was there with my 9 year old sister and she was very pleased) because it's worth its price and can make your time brilliant ☺️

Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort. Special thanks to Rena at the reception who was the most helpful to me and always seems happy.
A	Adam Lööf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel but I wouldn't say it's 5 stars. The only thing that was 5 stars was the personell and the service they provided. I never saw anyone from the staff looking at a cellphone even once during my week- which is actually kind of impressive. The roomservice were also very good. Polite and trustworthy ? The apartment I had could use some love by being updated with the paint since it's been torn of because of normal usage. The food in the buffets were really good. Large sortiment and good standard (4-4,5 stars). The pools were clean and very nice. A little bit sad to not really get to experience the waves since it's forbidden to enter the ocean when the red flag is up (a lifeguard is present from 10-18) but this isn't relevant to the hotel though. If it would be possible to give half stars I would give this 4,5. Would definitely come back.
E	Evangelos Nannos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back, we stayed in this hotel 10 days. One of the best hotels ever visited in Europe. The beach is just in front of the restaurant, the bus stop to Chania across the hotel. Super market next to it, restaurants and everything you need next to it. The hotel is clean,the rooms are wonderfully arranged and very clean but the most important, the whole personnel and staff was really friendly, ready to help you anytime and answer you all the questions you have. Excellent people,was a really nice surprise. I can only recall positive things about the staff and the hotel in general. We will definitely visit it again. Thank you Iolida for our nice time there.
J	Jari Suomalainen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things about the hotel: + Good breakfast and desserts + Nice location + Nice pools and beach Then to the bad things: - No minibar - No free bottled water ( only one bottle in fridge after arrival ) - Bad lunch and dinner - Only four different cocktails in All Inclusive list ( which all are bad ) - No serving to tables ( only drinks at dinner ) - Poor A/C in apartments when its 30+ degrees outside - No free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach - Insect problems in some of the rooms ( needed to change room after first night ) - No luggage transfer - No animation team or any program at all - ETC, ETC... All of the things above SHOULD be included in a FIVE STAR hotel.
