★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the local ice cream it is made for them taste delicious not too sweet just perfect with fruties. The meat was very good and with a lil salty flavour which I loved and Raki was very strong and concentrated. Amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great village location next to a flowing river with ducks and geese. Friendly family run restaurant with their own recipe home cooked meals. Enjoyed a freshly made moussaca which filled me up! The whole meal was very reasonably priced making it great value on our last day in Crete. 30 minutes away from the airport so found it a good out of town place to chill before flying. Also lots of quaint shops nearby to get those last minute souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute value for money. Great portions at great prices. Also they offer homemade desserts at the end along with orange flavored raki. Very friendly staff. Maybe the best tavern in Fodele. You should give it a try and eat like a local
