Вечером договорились о аренде Hyundai i10 с страховкой каско 0 франшиза, на трое суток, и второго водителя(105евро и 15 евро). Заплатили 50 евро депозита, дали бумагу где указано какой автомобиль, сумма депозита и данные арендатора. Утром пришли брать авто, другой менеджер был у стойки. Когда попросили показать авто сначала было замешательство, а потом показали kia picanto вместо i10 с формулировкой «это одно и то же». При начале осмотра авто на повреждения нас начали подгонять, мол времени мало, у вас на это будет время. Поднялись в офис с нас взяли оставшихся 70 евро, и продолжили оформлять документы, попросили у нас банковскую карту. На вопрос зачем нам объяснили что у нас франшиза 1560 евро. Договор был о 0 франшизе. После чего возник скандал. Нам предложили вариант с нулевой франшизой бесплатно но мы должны были доплатить пдв в 30%( как будто пдв до этого не учитывалось). После требования вернуть деньги сначала шли в отказ, но после скандала деньги удалось вернуть. Не рекомендую арендатора, очень ужасное ощущение что хотели развести на депозит. We were offered an option with a zero deductible for free, but we had to pay an additional 30% MPE (as if the MPE had not been taken into account before). After the demand to return the money, they were first refused, but after the scandal, the money was returned. I do not recommend a tenant, a very awful feeling that they wanted to put on a deposit.
S	S H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die angegeben Preise auf den Schildern entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen. Aus 64€ für 2 tage wurden dann 120€!!! Es liegt nahe am Betrug. Erst steht mit einmal auf dem quittungsbogen 100€ anstatt 64€ wie die preistafel es angezeigt hat und wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt. Erst auf nachfragen hieß es dann, das wäre der Preis mit Versicherung. Dann mussten wir gleich einen Vorschuss von 50€ für den nächsten Tag zahlen, womit man ja auch nur noch schlecht zurück treten kann. Beim abholen am nächsten Tag wurden neben den anderen 50€ auch noch zusätzlich Steuern geltend gemacht. Wir sollten dann nochmal 20€ zahlen. Ich war kurz davor ein Fass aufzumachen, wenn meine Kinder buchte dabei gewesen wären... Dort kann ich niemanden empfehlen run Fahrzeug zu mieten!!! Voll die Betrugsmasche. Un tour rapide de la voiture a été fait pour les chocs présents sur le véhicule et quelques explications concernant les équipements et les limitations de vitesse locales. La restitution du véhicule s’est faite très rapidement et sans soucis. We hired a car for 5 days for € 250, the car was fine and had no problem. The staff were pleasant and cheerful. A quick tour of the car was made for the shocks present on the vehicle and some explanations regarding the equipment and local speed limits. The return of the vehicle was very quick and hassle-free.
Z	Zu Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena wynajmu samochodu w reklamie była 35euro za dzień. Przy rezerwacji zostaliśmy zaskoczeni ceną 150 euro za dwa dni. Zgodziliśmy się na cenę. Gdy przyszliśmy po auto - okazało się że mamy jeszcze zapłacić jakiś tajemniczy podatek 35euro! Nie mielismy już wyjścia, bo były już zaplanowane wycieczki. Auto z dziwnymi kontrolkami, 10letnie i mocno zużyte. Na 100% nie warte tych pieniędzy. Szybko pozaznaczał nam Pan jakieś uszkodzenia mało istotne i zostawił nam auto. Przy zwrocie nagle wynaleźli jakąś małą ryskę na zderzaku i wmawiali nam niegrzecznie i agresywnie że uderzyliśmy autem. Nie było takiej sytuacji i na parkingach zostawialiśmy samochody w takich miejscach, aby nas nikt nie uszkodził. Wycenili nam przedziwnie szybko naprawę na 75euro dodatkowo. Jest to firma naciągająca klientów na dodatkowe wydatki. Trzymajcie się z daleka od nich lub bardzo, ale to bardzo wnikliwie oglądajcie samochód przed podpisaniem dokumentów. Niby miło i niby wszystko fajnie, ale zdecydowanie coś tu jest nie tak. The rental car price in the advertisement was 35 euros per day. It is a company that draws customers to additional expenses. Stay away from them, or very, very carefully inspect the car before signing the papers. It's nice and everything is fine, but definitely something is wrong here.

Była umowa z pełnym ubezpieczeniem, auto do odebrania następnego dnia, trzeba było zapłacić z góry, przy odbiorze auta nagle trzeba dopłacić jeszcze za ubezpieczenie, w przeciwnym razie nie dadzą ci auta i nie możesz się wycofać bo nie zwrócą depozytu. Unikaj jak ognia tych złodziei Never rent a car from them! They are scammers. Nous avons loués une voiture a 28€, on nous l'a fait payer 29, bon ok c'est l'assurance ... Et le lendemain On vous redemande la même chose pour l'assurance. Un employé nous explique où garer la voiture au retour et quand vous la ramenez a cet endroit on vous dit qu'en fait vous avez mal compris et qu'il fait la ramener autre part... Une boîte pro irait au moins la rechercher en s'excusant. Je met quand même 2 étoiles mais c'est pour la voiture, pas pour le service. Pytając o cenę z pełnym ubezpieczeniem ( bez karty kredytowej ) i podatkiem kobieta mówi że 50 euro za 2 dni po czym mówi że nie ma dziś auta ale na jutro rano nie ma problemu, tylko trzeba odrazu zapłacić żeby było pewne że chce samochód. Wystawia papier i mówi że jak jutro będę rano odbierał samochód to wystarczy że będę miał dowód osobisty i prawo jazdy. Na drugi dzień jest już jakiś inny gość i mówi że do tej ceny trzeba dopłacić jeszcze 10 euro podatku i 30 euro ubezpieczenia. Jak powiedziałem że tamta kobieta mówiła mi co innego to twierdzi że napewno nie. Chcąc zrezygnować powiedział że te 50 euro co wpłaciłem dzień wcześniej przepadnie. Musiałem niestety dopłacić te kolejne 40 euro żeby otrzymać auto. Jednym słowem są to oszuści i naciągacze. Moja przestroga taka żeby nie płacić żadnych pieniędzy na przód dopiero przy odbiorze auta.
