A	Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Δεν νομίζω να ξαναπήγαινα. Έκλεισα ραντεβού μέσω μιας προσφοράς και ρώτησα στο τηλέφωνο αν χρειάζεται να έχω τυπωμένο το κουπόνι και παρότι μου είπαν πως δεν χρειάζεται όταν έφτασα δεν μου πρόσφεραν όλες τις υπηρεσίες για τις οποίες είχα πληρώσει γιατί δεν είχα τυπωμένο λέει το κουπόνι. Είχα πληρώσει για χαλαρωτικό μασάζ 60' 2 ατόμων και foot spa 20' (το οποίο δεν συνέβη ποτέ κι απ' ότι βλέπω από αυτά που γράφουν κι άλλοι το έχουν σύστημα). Η υπεύθυνη προσπάθησε να επανορθώσει προσφέροντας μας μια "κάρτα δώρου" ώστε να εξαργυρώσουμε άλλη στιγμή το foot spa & δώρο ένα χαμάμ. Η αλήθεια είναι όμως ότι αυτό δεν επανόρθωσε ιδιαίτερα γιατί εμείς θέλαμε να γιορτάσουμε την επέτειο του γάμου μας με τον σύζυγό μου χαλαρώνοντας εκείνη την συγκεκριμένη μέρα. Με το μασάζ δεν μείναμε ιδιαίτερα ευχαριστημένοι οπότε δεν ήθελα λεπτό να μείνω παραπάνω πόσο μάλλον να ξαναπάω. Εγώ προσωπικά δεν κατάφερα καθόλου να χαλαρώσω καθώς μου έκανε μασάζ άντρας και με έκανε να αισθανθώ πάρα πολύ άβολα καθώς καθόλη την διάρκεια με ξεσκέπαζε στα επίμαχα σημεία καθώς και πλησίαζε υπερβολικά στην ευαίσθητη περιοχή καθώς μου έκανε μαλάξεις στα πόδια. Πέραν αυτού ζήτησα δυνατό μασάζ και εν τέλη έλαβα ένα χάιδεμα. Αυτά. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η ατμόσφαιρα και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού. The staff very polite but up there. I do not think I'd come back. I booked an offer and asked the phone if I needed to have the coupon printed and although they told me I did not need when I arrived I did not offer all the services I had paid because I did not print the coupon. I had paid for a relaxing massage of 60 '2 people and foot spa 20' (which has never happened and I can see from what they write and others have a system). The person in charge tried to make a refund by offering us a "gift card" to redeem the foot spa and gift a hammock. The truth is, however, that this did not really work out because we wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my husband relaxing that particular day. With the massage we were not particularly pleased, so I did not want to stay any longer, let alone get back. I personally did not manage to relax at all because I was a massage man and it made me feel very uncomfortable as she kept me out of the controversial points as she approached too much in the sensitive area as she kissed my legs. Besides, I asked for a powerful massage and in the end I received a petting. That's all. The only positive thing was the atmosphere and courtesy of the staff.
Ε	Ελενα Ρουσσα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση .Μην αγορασετε κουπονια γιατι απλα δν θα σας βρουν ποτε διαθεσιμο ραντεβου μεχρι να ληξουν.Λυπαμαι πολυ για την απουσια επαγγελματισμου . Unacceptable service. Do not buy coupons because they will simply never find you an available appointment until they expire. I am very sorry for the lack of professionalism.

Μετά από καιρό είπα να πάω στις νέες εγκαταστάσεις του Ν.Φαληρου κλείνω ραντεβού με μια έμπειρη μασέρ π δουλεύει εκεί και όταν πάω με ενημερώνουν ότι θα μ κάνει κάποια άλλη εξίσου καλή. Αντε λέω. Και μ έρχεται ένα πιτσιρίκι 22 χρόνων π με χαιδευε απλά δεν μ εακνε μασάζ ..απογοήτευση... όταν είσαι και παλιός πελάτης. Με το αποκορύφωμά να μπω για μπάνιο με κρύο νερό περίμενα 2 λεπτά λέω αποκλείεται θα θέλει λίγη ώρα να τρέξει. Μακριά παιδιά. Τραγική εμπειρία Very good experience. After a while I said to go to the new facilities of N. Faliro, I make an appointment with an experienced masseur who works there and when I go they inform me that another one will do me just as good. I say no. And a 22-year-old kid comes to me and caresses me, he just doesn't give me a massage .. disappointment ... when you are also an old customer. At the peak I went for a bath with cold water, I waited for 2 minutes, I say it is excluded, he will want to run for a while. Long children. Tragic experience
