Best Car rental agency in Greece

Z	Zoltán Tudlik (Tunyó) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first car we’ve got (fiat panda) had battery issues and the check engine warning sign turned on. Upon returning the faulty car to the rental office, the lady tried to tell us, without even looking at the car that it’s okay and we can just ignore the warning and continue using it and did not offer any help. Giving 2 stars instead of 1, because the other service attendant was super helpful and without any questions he has given us a replacement car. That being said, the replacement car’s motor oil was literally empty so we had to refill that ourselves. Overall, the quality of the cars were questionable and the service in general was pretty bad apart from that one guy.

Would never rent again by Gloabal Rent a car!!! I rent often cars, but this was the worst ever. We did not get a car and still had to pay half of the amount!

Shuttle service from and to the airport went very fast. They did not complain when we brought the car back a bit late. Good car rental service.

Second, the service is awful - the workers are impolite, unpleasant and give you a terrible feeling. Nicos, the one who gave us the last 'service', did not want to help. We asked to translate a word in Greek and he asked for 30 Euros because it's service. Not typical for Greek people, Greek culture and Greek welcoming. Do yourself a favour and don't deal with this so called car rental company.

The car was clean, small but spacey, economic and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our queries and gave us some tips too. YOURS, was definitely the best choice and we have no regrets.
