Not a great sign when you rent a car. 2) The register on the front panel would come off its place and fall every time there was a bump on the road. 3) The worst for me: Before I rented the car I called them to ask if they had a policy on smoking in the car (because I have kids and I do not want them to smell tobacco smoke). They said on the phone that they have equipment and they clean the cars very well (but they do not forbid smoking in the car). Then they complained when I returned the car that it was dirty (sand on the trunk, food crumbs on the back seat). I agreed that the kids did eat in the back seat and yes we did put beach-related things in the trunk. The car was dirty, I agreed with them. I asked them a) where does it say on the contract that the car needs to be returned clean? b) where does it say on the contract what is the fine for returning the car dirty? They could not answer any of the two questions (I read the contract and it did not say anything about cleanliness and fines). From all the information I had, I assumed that the price I paid for renting the car included them cleaning it afterwards. Afterall, it was them that told me that they clean the cars very well. OVERALL: horrible customer service, will NOT return.
S	Sofia Gkazepi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because I couldn't give minus. I rented a car from Hellas Car to go on a trip within Greece. They specifically told me that the insurance doesn't cover the damaged tyres. I wasn't concerned at the time because I didn't think that anything like this would happen. I had the car for less than 2 hours on the national road not running more than 80klm/h and the tyre was damaged. When I called them they indicated that the tyre was new and wasn't their fault. Both the guy from the car garage and the guy from the roadside assistance told me that the tyre was 9 years old and they are supposed to be replaced every 4 years. Both the 2 back tyres needed replacement after all. In addition, the car garage guy told us that we were running low on coolant and that would cause the car to break down in the middle of the road. At the end, we didn't pay for the new tyres but it did costs us several hours from our trip, hardship and it was extremely dangerous. NEVER AGAIN. P.s. photo of the damaged tyre

C	Carmen Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again, when things go well they are justa average in terms of services but whenever you need something from them they are 0 helpful (even the easiest things like how to get there from the port with public transport). I had a delay in my flight and asked the to deliver the car a bit later (always within the number of days that I paid) and they refused it and made sooo many issues. If I wanted to return it earlier I would be extra charged, later wasn’t possible, and of course forget about them making you the favor of keeping my luggage for me not having to carry it everywhere until my new flight departure…. Definitely zero customer oriented service.
