Κατατοπιστική και σύντομη παρουσίαση των προϊόντων, μεγάλη ποικιλία στο ύφος και στα υλικά, ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι, συνεπέστατοι στο χρόνο παράδοσης των πορτών. Στα μειονεκτήματα: το προσωπικό που ήρθε να εγκαταστήσει τις πόρτες δεν ήξερε να φερθεί: βιαστικοί, χωρίς να τους νοιάζει αν θα προκαλέσουν φθορές, κάπνιζαν σε φρεσκοβαμμένο σπίτι. Κρίμα, γιατί η εταιρεία στον εκθεσιακό χώρο λανσάρει προφίλ "μπουτίκ - πολυτελείας" και έχουν πράγματι καλά προϊόντα, αλλά στέλνει προσωπικό "Κυρ- Μήτσος" για την εγκατάσταση. The cooperation was good. Distinctive and brief presentation of the products, great variety in style and materials, courteous employees, consistent with the delivery time of the doors. The drawbacks: the staff who came to install the doors did not know how to do it: rushing, without care if they would cause damage, smoked in a freshly painted house. It's a shame because the company in the showroom launches a "boutique-luxury" profile and has really good products, but it sends staff "Sun-Mitsos" for installation.
T	Tatsiopoulos Giorgos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι πόρτες της εταιρείας είναι αξιόπιστες και με πολύ ωραίο Design. Δυστυχώς όμως η εξυπηρέτηση τους είναι πολύ κακή. Παράγγειλα μια πόρτα ασφαλείας με πρόσοψή αλουμινίου. Η παράδοση συμφωνήθηκε σε 60 ημέρες από την παραγγελία και η τοποθέτηση θα γινόταν Σάββατο (λόγω του γεγονότος ότι αφορά σε εξοχική κατοικία). Η πόρτα τοποθετήθηκε στις 65 ημέρες χωρίς όμως την πρόσοψη αλουμινίου (ο συνεργάτης τους μου είπαν ότι δεν την έβαψε καλά και θα μου έφερναν μια προσωρινή). Η πόρτα τοποθετήθηκε χωρίς καμία προσωρινή πρόσοψη (ή οποία τοποθετήθηκε μια εβδομάδα αργότερα μετά από διαμαρτυρία μου). Η κανονική πρόσοψη θα έπρεπε να είχε παραδοθεί έως τις 10/09. Τελικά η πιθανή ημερομηνία τοποθέτησης είναι τουλάχιστον η 21/09 (βεβαίως πλέον δεν μπορούν Σάββατα ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά μονάχα καθημερινές). Ουσιαστικά η προσέγγισή της Εταιρείας δεν δείχνει συνέπεια και σεβασμό προς τον πελάτη. The doors of the company are reliable and with a very nice Design. Unfortunately, their service is very poor. I ordered a security door with an aluminum front. Delivery was agreed within 60 days of the order and the placement would take place on Saturday (due to the fact that it concerns a holiday home). The door was installed in 65 days without the aluminum front (their partner told me that he did not paint it well and they would bring me a temporary one). The door was installed without any temporary facade (or which was installed a week later after my protest). The normal facade should have been delivered by 10/09. Finally, the probable date of placement is at least 21/09 (of course they can no longer work on Saturdays or in the afternoon, but only daily). Essentially, the Company's approach does not show consistency and respect for the customer.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από τους πωλητές .Εμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από το αποτέλεσμα της παραγγελίας μου. Μακράν η ποιο ποιοτική εταιρεία στον χώρο της! Amazing place to fully cover you for whatever you want to see. Very good service from the sellers. I was very happy with the result of my order. By far the highest quality company in its field!

D	Dimitris Vamvoukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από 4 Μαρτίου τοποθέτησαν 2 πόρτες ασφαλείας και ακόμα περιμένω να μου τοποθετήσουν τα πόμολα και να μου στείλουν τα τιμολόγια. Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μου είπε ότι λείπει σε άδεια η υπάλληλος που ασχολείται με τη δική μου παραγγελία!!!! Τραγικοί!!! From March 4, they installed 2 security doors and I am still waiting for the knobs to be installed and for the invoices to be sent to me. The call center told me that the employee who deals with my order is missing on leave !!!! Tragic !!!

Έχουν πάρα πολλές επιλογές με πολύ στυλ που ταιριάζουν σε όλα τα γούστα. Εξαιρετική ποιότητα που φαίνεται (όλοι μας ρωτάνε από που την πήραμε). Και η τιμή της ήταν φυσιολογική σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό. Όσες φορές και να έβαζα πάντα θα επέλεγα την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Και ο κύριος Σκουλαρίκης που μας εξυπηρέτησε εξαιρετικός, με απίστευτη ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό που πραγματικά σπανίζουν σε αυτή τη χώρα! Εύγε! Incredible quality at a good price. s	sotiris kontopanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε περίπου 15 πόρτες (κάποιες ασφαλείας, κάποιες όχι) πριν μερικούς μήνες. Τους στείλαμε φωτό από έναν υδατοφραχτη μιας πόρτας που είχε απλά βγει απ τη θέση του το λάστιχο και μας απάντησαν ότι δεν είναι στην εγγύηση κ ότι εμείς κάναμε τη ζημιά(παρόλο που διαβεβαίωνα για το αντίθετο) κ χρειάζεται να πληρώσουμε συνεργείο 70€( + ο,τι ανταλλακτικό χρειαστεί) γιατί θα έρθει απο τον Ασπροπυργο…(λες κ μας ενδιέφερε απο που θα έρθει το συνεργείο..). Βρήκα έναν μαστορα στην αγορά κ ήρθε, το εφτιαξε σε 5 λεπτά κ δε δεχόταν ούτε να πληρωθεί για κάτι τέτοιο.. Το after sales της Golden Doors σε άλλο επίπεδο.. We bought about 15 doors (some security, some not) a few months ago. We sent them a photo of a barrier of a door that had just come out of place the hose and they told us that it is not under warranty and that we did the damage (although I assured the opposite) and we need to pay a workshop 70 € (+ o , what spare part is needed) because it will come from Aspropyrgos… (as if we were interested in where the workshop will come from ..). I found a carpenter in the market and he came, he made it in 5 minutes and he would not even accept to be paid for something like that .. The after sales of Golden Doors on another level ..
