★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertised with new cars. He told us that the car was 3-4 years. It turned out to be a 12 year old car. The mileage was turned back. The tank meter was broken to give the impression that the tank was filled up. When we pointed out the flaws and wanted the excess gas money refunded, he denied to give anything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recomend this place! They advertise with renting out only new cars, but after you sign the contract and pay they give you a 6 or 7 year old car. Even the speedometer doesnt work, anf when i told them they just dont care. They also over charge you. Their price for returning to the airport is doubled than other shops in the same street. If you order car through the hotel they could charge you more. Be careful with this car rental shop and check others experience with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered reservation on a Fiat Panda automatic with gps Included thru there website. When they contacted us, we got told that our car wasn’t available.. so I asked him if there was any other car in the same price class which he replied that there was none other than a more expensive car (Volkswagen Golf) without automatic gears and working gps. A car rental office with so many fancy cars but none available.. wouldn’t recommend this place. To expensive to fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. First of all, you get what you pay for. The cars have around ten years on them but works fine for the type of environment surrounding Chania. The rental car guy near Golden Beach seemed super shady and was really really weird (it was actually pretty funny) but it all worked out.
We rented a car from the ”C-class” and then we got upgraded…Still not a top of the line car but fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with our car rental from Golden Wheel. Vasilis was very helpful and kind on the Phone. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. We have been touring in Crete for more than a week and the fuel we used was very little from what we expected. Highly recommended!
