★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is amazing place to stay. You have everything you need in Mykonos, free breakfast, pool, beach nearby, parking, Mykonos town, city view, attentive helpful staff. On top of that this is virtually best value for money given typical Mykonos prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My jewelry box was stolen from my room while me and my roommate were out 2a-6a. The hotel staff was not helpful, not solution oriented and only blamed me. The doors were locked. We did not have time to file a police report because we had a flight to catch. Zero customer service. I wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t the first. I was there 8/17-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Grand Beach Hotel is the 'Grand Beach' Hotel, due it is located to Grand Beach. It's a normal hotel. Big room and nice view. Mostly renovated. Bath is old and worn out(see pics). It takes time to get warm water. The shower head does not work well.
The bed crashed, when I dropped on it. 4 nights stay, but always noise at nighttime when people come home. The bed lacks of a damper flies. So the bed does a screaming noise when you move it. And people did. Many called the reception at 3 a.m. for that. Doors are slapping, because of the wind.
Room service does not finish it's work. Day 1: waste was taken out of the bin and layed beside the bin whe we returned. Day 2: my sleeping dress had been thrown over the telefone.
Day 3: beds where pushed apart.
Breakfast is okay. No covid rules at the entrance . So few people weared a mask.
The Waitress is very kind.
The pool is big and good. Serving at the pool is available. The chairs are comfortable but partly dirty and damaged.
Don't book this hotel in fall, it gets windy and you cannot use the pool or, sit outside. Even behind glass walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice stay at the hotel. It’s not far from Mykonos city. It has a nice view and good pool area with bar where you can buy drinks and lunch. We stayed in the new room which was so nice. Very modern and a great view! The staff are reaaally nice and go above and beyond. I definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are great and the hotel is nice but we picked the hotel as it advertised an “indoor hot tub” in the room. This turned out to be a bath with water jets, not a hot tub, and when my kids turned it on it can’t have been used for a very long time as they got covered in mouldy water, it was very unpleasant and disgusting.
Its close to a nice beach but if you want to go into town although it’s not far you may have to get a taxi (which can be expensive and take a while in the summer) as there is no footpath on the road and the cars drive very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel in general with great sea view. The staffs were really nice.
But the pool was pretty cold, the hot tub is actually a cool tub. Some stuffs in the room needs to be fixed, ( there was water leaking from the sink but they fixed it real fast) the bed was pretty hard. The breakfast was pretty bad.

Reception staff are very kind and even bring your heavy suitcases to your room.The rooms were always cleaned and had everything as advertised.The breakfast buffet is always topped with the most savoury foods and desserts.There is access to the beach,city centre and restaurants.The hotel let’s u rent cars, motorbikes and even quad bikes.Overall it was fantastic stay there and would definitely come back!

Staffs were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way many times to help my stay more enjoyable (as I came off season). The view is spectacular - and did I mention the awesome staff?
The beautiful pool is not heated (none of the pools in Greece are heated). And the short walk into Mykonos town could be a bit dangerous at night (tiny road with cars zooming by). But not the hotels fault.
