★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here 12 years ago, and enjoyed the food. A repeat trip this year started with an uneasy feeling as the place felt different (expanded) and more touristy. Turns out the food bordered on inedible to boring. The chicken we ordered was rubber, the meatballs tasteless, and the service downright unfriendly, slow, and generally inattentive. Save your money and find a better place to eat. The atmosphere even is not too terrific

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice outdoor restaurant in city park area. Good quality/cost ratio. Friendly but discrete and polite staff. No communication problems.We ordered a toast. My complaint refers to the fact that they spread multiple times fried oil on the toast bread instead of fresh oil or butter. The toast and the french fries smelled unpleasantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are amazing, Tripoli is a beautiful city with magnificent gardens and parks with The Grand Chalet situated in one of them.Of course remember Tripolis is up in the mountains so ifish is not it's strong suit. Greek friends we met there swear by thier schnitzel! Good wine list with many special ones from the area not on the wine list so be sure to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful dining experience out in the open but undercover. Every dish is delicious and like almost every dining venue in Greece the food is out almost as soon as you order it. The staff are amazing, Tripoli is a beautiful city with magnificent gardens and parks with The Grand Chalet situated in one of them.
