y	yuval shoham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the room and the view. Breakfast outside in front of the view is very good. We mainly enjoyed the Metsovo 1350 restaurant. The chef's meticulous, delicious and creative food. Good wine. Attentive and courteous service from Yorgos and Costas. It is also worth visiting the restaurant for hotel guests. We will remember the flavors for a long time
P	Patric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal location to start exploring central Greece (Arta, Ioannina, Kastoria, Lamia, Larissa). 62 units at 1.350 meters, top panorama, beautiful reception - bar area. Big rooms and inviting bathrooms. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Very good a la carte restaurant, although the wines on the list slightly overpriced. Definitely an option for summer and winter stays!
P	P. Pantazis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wallet went missing in room while at pool! We visited the hotel the first time in 2014. It was then fairly new and we enjoyed our stay. The service was attentive and forthcoming. After 8 years we decided to stay again in this hotel. We booked at a suite for a few days with our kids. The hotel was much more busy and it was apparent that the service struggled to address all requests promptly and comprehensively. Unfortunately and depressingly unique for a stay in a 5-star hotel, the wallet of our daughter went missing in our room while we were at the pool. Thankfully all other precious items were stored in the safe. We notified the reception, yet the wallet was not recovered in their internal laundry facility. We were not informed whether an inquiry of the cleaning personnel was conducted and who else had access to our room. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel. Metsovo though is a lovely town to visit. There are excellent other hotels to consider.
I	Imke Luettmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, the bar area by the reception is soho house style with great attention to detail and a personal note. Amazing views throughout the hotel. Rooms and spa area are just very slightly outdated and could probably do with an upgrade/ refresh but they fit just perfectly in the mountain scenery. We are hoping to come back! We stayed for three nights and had a room with a fire place which we used every day.

A very well stocked bar (great selection of whiskys) and beautifully appointed. Spa, indoor pool, large jaccuzi, hamam and other treatments. Walking trails in the forest. A short drive to the nearby ski runs. Great staff and service.

The lobby is so cosy with a relaxed atmosphere. Must try the spa treatments. Also, must visit the indoor pool with its indoor pool.
A	Alex Alexandropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. The location is stunning and the view from the balcony over a cup of coffee is gorgeous. Too bad we didn't get any snow when we were there, hopefully next time (we'll def be back)

From the perfectly prepared breakfast which starts with home made pita, breads, cakes and excellent coffee (then they make to order eggs or whatever you desire), to the beautiful lounge where you can have tea, coffee or drinks, to the spa (with excellent massage), to the perfect mattress, bathroom (with shower and tub and hit hot water), to the professional and friendly service! Can’t wait to come back!
