Les + : -accueil très agréable, gentillesse des hôtes. -très propre, tout est neuf. -emplacement très bien situé sur la route de Vaï au milieu des oliviers et des cigales. -vie incroyable sur les oliviers et la baie, idyllique! -A 2 minutes de Palekastro et 10 minutes de Vaï. -literie confortable et propre -la piscine -les extérieurs soignés, agréables -décoré avec goût. Les - : -petit bémol, pour 4 personnes le canapé lit et le lit d’appoint sont spartiates. -pas de clim dans la chambre! -porte d’entrée vitrée, laisse passer la lumière -la tenture bien que très jolie fait un peu de bruit. On recommande! Short stay for a family. We were 4. The +: -very pleasant welcome, kindness of the hosts. -very clean, everything is new. -location very well located on the road to Vaï in the middle of olive trees and cicadas. - incredible life on the olive trees and the bay, idyllic! -A 2 minutes from Palekastro and 10 minutes from Vaï. - comfortable and clean bedding -the swimming pool -the well-groomed, pleasant exteriors -tastefully decorated. The - : -small flat, for 4 people the sofa bed and the extra bed are spartan. -no air conditioning in the room! - glazed entrance door, lets in light -the wall hanging, although very pretty, makes a bit of noise. We recommend!

Τα θετικά: - Ολοκαίνουργια δωμάτια. - Πεντακάθαρα - Ησυχία - όμορφη αυλή - Μεγάλη πισίνα - Από την πισίνα θα απολαύσετε το νυχτερινό ουρανό και την ανατολή. - Πλήρης εξοπλισμός στο δωμάτιο και στην κουζίνα (Από σιδερώστρα μέχρι καφετιέρα). - Ευγενέστατοι οικοδεσπότες. Τα αρνητικά (αφορούν κυρίως οικογένειές με 3 ή 4 μέλη): - Ο Χώρος είναι οριακός για οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά, θα πρέπει να κλείνετε το δεύτερο κρεββάτι κάθε πρωί. - το κλιματιστικό βρισκεται στο καθιστικό. Αν υπάρχουν παιδιά θα παγώσουν πριν δροσιστειτε εσείς στην κρεβατοκάμαρα. Μάλλον θα αναγκαστείτε να κοιμηθείτε με ανοικτες μπαλκονόπορτες. - Ο προσανατολισμός είναι ανατολικός, αυτό σημαίνει πρωινό κάτω από τον ήλιο μέχρι τις 10 πμ - Οι τέντες είναι πολύ καλαίσθητες αλλά έχουν αρκετή φασαρία όταν φυσάει (όπως συνήθως γίνεται), ειδικά αν λόγω του κλιματιστικού (βλ. παραπάνω) έχετε ανοικτά την μπαλκονόπορτα. - Η κεντρική πόρτα έχει τζάμι, το πρωί μπαίνει φως νωρίς (ενοχλητικό για όποιον κοιμάται στο 2ο δωμάτιο). Συμπερασματικά, είναι ιδανικό, ήσυχο μέρος για δύο άτομα ενώ θα προβληματίσει λίγο τετραμελεις οικογένειες. It is generally a very good choice for your vacation in one of. the most beautiful areas of Crete! The positive: - Brand new rooms. - Very clean - Quiet - beautiful yard - Large pool - From the pool you will enjoy the night sky and the sunrise. - Full equipment in the room and in the kitchen (From ironing board to coffee maker). - Gentle hosts. The negatives (mainly concern families with 3 or 4 members): - The space is limited for a family with two children, you have to book the second bed every morning. - the air conditioner is in the living room. If there are children they will freeze before you cool down in the bedroom. You will probably have to sleep with the balcony doors open. - Orientation is east, this means breakfast under the sun until 10 am - The awnings are very elegant but they have a lot of noise when it blows (as is usually the case), especially if due to the air conditioner (see above) you have the balcony door open. - The main door has glass, light comes in early in the morning (annoying for anyone sleeping in the 2nd room). In conclusion, it is an ideal, quiet place for two people while it will trouble a little family of four.

Aria condizionata funzionante ma noi non l’abbiamo usata perché ventilato. Nonostante vento forte in giro sulla terrazza si stava veramente bene. Proprietari disponibili. Noi siamo restati 6 giorni ed abbiamo avuto la pulizia della casa con cambio salviette. Stupendous. All new. I will miss these soft towels and this comfortable bed. Mosquito nets on all windows. Air conditioning working but we did not use it because it was ventilated. Despite strong wind around the terrace it was really good. Owners available. We stayed 6 days and had the house cleaned with a change of towels.

Not need to mention that the location is truly awesome (overlooking the nearby Kouremenos Bay and is only a mere 3' walk from the beach), the houses are super clean and in great condition. The owners and everyone we met ensured that we have everything we require for a pleasant stay. Value for money is great and the place is highly recommended!
H	Herbert Blume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popi and Kostas built up a perfect basis for vacation basically within an Olive garden. Lots of tiny details made the stay very comfortable: you have your own apartment area, but directly at the common pool; terraces are a bit shifted and separated by hedges for privacy; kitchen is available with everything you need; an excellent restaurant is directly at the beach just on the other side of the Olives (we can definitely recommend "Grandes"); chairs outside are really comfortable; the whole apartment area is designed very nicely and is simply a pleasure for staying there. So thanks for having us!
