★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful hotel , but I can't say it deserves 5 stars. It leaves some things to be desired. The breakfast is not up to par and it could be a bit cleaner for a perfect stay and experience. The beds where also a bit problematic.

Great location - on the beach and the pedestrian street of the city. Very tasty and varied food, including lunch for children. Everything is great

Firstly, we arrived in the hotel only to discover a small very ran down room with old decor and nasty looking floor, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, I was disgusted when I found spider webs near the window, and it seemed like there were missing bits from the shower which is something that will have to be improved, taking into a. We did get a bigger room, however we did have to pay extra. We did book our holiday through a travel agency who promised we’d be given a refurbished room considering the high price we paid. Well, we didn’t and to be honest it really wasn’t worth the money.
On the bright side, the staff were friendly and most things were open despite the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is 5 star, but unfortunately it is loosing it"s shine .It needs good renovation because everything is old. The wi-fi is poor in some rooms.(we don't have at all). When we checked in the reception and filled the registration form some of the country missing, our was not on the list in any form!
How ever, there some good thing woth mentioning: the staff is very profesional, very nice and helpfull. The have strong Covid 19 protocol, the food is tasteful with various choises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine hotel near the sea. Large, clean and warm rooms. Spacious public spaces and lounges. I did not visit the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, good clean hotel, beautiful views on the balcony overlooking the view, and not a bad price for a great vacation or work trip. The associates there were very accommodating and respectful. I’d gladly go back for leisure and a visit. The dinner and breakfast is excellent, and I loved the bartender. She made me a specialized drink of her choice and she was very nice. Great place in Greece.
