β β β β β My wife and I stayed at this quaint hotel for two nights. The hotel room was clean with an excellent restaurant if you choose to dine out. Zois Marinos our waiter provided excellent service, answered all of our questions and then some. The hotel is located in a fabulous location, beach to the left, city centre to the right. Across the street is a lovely bakery and a well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes away you can rent a boat for the day. We would recommend this friendly hotel to anyone staying in Marmaras.

β β β β β We were restaurant guests at this hotel, and food was really good.
I recommend this place if you want to have a good meal in Neos Marmaras. I visited it many times during different years and it met my expectations every time. That's why I didn't get to know other restaurants in Neos Marmaras :( ;)
Staff was almost always different, but they all were very nice and friendly.
Highly recommend this place!

β β β β β Clean and friendly hotel at great location. Not very comfortable beds and balcony. The toilet sheets were not completely clean and sometimes there was a smell at the toilet. There was no curtain at the shower so a lot of water was going at the floor. One of the rooms had no air condition. In general it is an ok hotel, but not for the price we paid (63 euro). It misses some details that could greatly improve it.

β β β β β The lady who is the owner is so friendly. She speaks English and a little bit of Serbian. I came here almost every day for lunch with my family. The Interior is beautiful but more importantly, the food is fresh and tasty! The owner's mom is the chef and all the food she prepares is delicious. They offer two types of menus. One is the normal menu, and the other is with a special offer where you can get, food and salad for quite a low price. This menu is also available in Serbian. Paying with a card is possible.

β β β β β Such an interesting enterier design, plus the rooms are being cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. On top of that, the beach is practically right across the street. All in all, no complaints.

β β β β β Nice family hotel. Very nice view to the beach. No crowd, pollution or noise. Staff is pleasent and friendly. Bads size is OK. Parking in front of the hotel. Bakery and small markets are very close as well as few taverns. City centre is the 300 metres away.
