Ζητούσαν ντε και καλά κωδικό αποστολής ενώ είπα πως δε τον εχω και στο σάιτ τους λένε πως μπορείς να κάνεις αναζήτηση αποστολής δίνοντας τα στοιχεία του αποστολέα... Ο αποστολέας δεν έχει όμως τον κωδικό αποστολής πως ακριβώς θα πάρω το δέμα τώρα; Έλεος And I put a lot. J	Jim Souvall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία.Πήρα απλά να δώσω κωδικό από το δέμα που περίμενα και πριν ακόμα κατλάβω τι γίνεται μου απαντούν "δε μπορώ τώρα έχω πελάτη....." και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο στα "μούτρα" οπως λέμε!!!! Unacceptable behavior in telephone communication. I just got a code from the parcel I was expecting and before I even understood what was going on they replied "I can't have a customer now ....." and they hung up on me as we say !!! !

Simply unacceptable staff, they probably do not understand that their priority is customer service, they offer services and are obliged to provide them until the end of their hours.

Επίσης δεν εξυπηρετούν όλα μόνοι τα γράφουμε και εξυπηρετούμε τον εαυτό μας δεν καταλαβαίνω τον λόγο ύπαρξης πάνω από ενός ατόμου!! Ξέρετε πως σε όλα τα άλλα νορμάλ ταχυδρομεία τους λες το tracking number και τελείωσες σε 5 λεπτά; Ε ναι σε αυτό το ταχυδρομείο όχι μόνο ήταν απελπιστικά αργοί οι υπάλληλοι τους πήρε 9 φορές για να βρουν το tracking number στον υπολογιστή και μετά έκλεισε ο υπολογιστής.αφου το είχαν βρει μου είπαν πως δεν μπορώ να παραλάβω που ήταν εντελώς παράλογο γιατί και ταυτότητα είχα και τα πάντα με τα χίλια ζόρια παράλβα το δέμα μου, μετά από 2ωρες. Είμουν από τους πρώτους στην σειρά γιατί είχα πάει πολύ πρωί ειμασταν μόνο τέσσερα άτομα αλλά τους έπαιρνε 30+ για να εξυπηρετήσουν τον καθένα μετά από ~2 ώρες συνολικά που μου πήρε από την στιγμή που έφτασα στο ταχυδρομείο μέχρι την στιγμή που έφυγα είχε σχηματιστεί μια ουρά μέχρι τον απέναντι δρόμο και αλήθεια, τους λυπήθηκα τοσο πολύ. Είναι απλώς το χειρότερο ταχυδρομείο στην Πάτρα αποφύγετε το όσο μπορείτε. Horrible. Slow, and the behavior of employees miserable. Do you know that in all other normal emails you say the tracking number and you finished in 5 minutes? Yes, in this post, not only were they desperately slow, the employees took them 9 times to find the tracking number on the computer and then the computer shut down. and everything with a thousand efforts I received my parcel, after 2 hours. I was one of the first in the series because I had gone very early in the morning there were only four of us but it took them 30+ to serve each one after a total of ~ 2 hours it took me from the moment I arrived at the post office until the moment I left a queue formed to the opposite road and truth, I felt so sorry for them. It is simply the worst post office in Patras, avoid it as much as you can.

If your item ended over at ELTA 3 just think of it as being lost in the ocean or eaten by hungry turtles somewhere along the way. Protip: If you REALLY plan on queueing to get your parcel, take at least half the day off. You'll need it.
