a	artemisaki16 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ήρθε μήνυμα ότι θα γίνει η παράδοση, τους πήρα τηλέφωνο την επόμενη μέρα να δω πότε θα έρθουν κ μου λέει μια αγενεστατη κυρία με ύφος 100 καρδιναλίων ότι είναι για την επόμενη μέρα κ να της πω πού είναι η διεύθυνση. Της εξηγώ πού βρίσκομαι κ αν δεν το βρουν να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν παίρνει τηλ ο διανομέας με ύφος κ καμιά διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Πήγα από εκεί να το παραλάβω κ μου απευθυνόταν λες κ της χρωστάω χάρη που δεν το έχασε κιόλας. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά,για να κάνει τη δουλειά για την οποία πληρώνεται. Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που περιμένω δέμα κ πρέπει να πάω εκεί να το πάρω ενώ πληρώνουμε μεταφορικά. Έχω παραγγείλει μέσω της υπηρεσίας του skroutz ( άλλοι αυτοί θα γράψω την κριτική σε λίγο) μου έρχεται μήνυμα στο viber ότι δεν ήταν δυνατή η παράδοση της παραγγελίας σας. Επιτόπου περνώ τηλέφωνο και μου λένε ότι ο διανομέας πέρασε στις 15:07 και δεν με βρήκε εκεί. Τρελαίνομαι (ήμουν ήδη στην εταιρεία Μαξ δεν χτύπησε κανένας το κουδούνι) αλλα διατηρώ την ψυχραιμία μου ψάχνω να βρω το χαρτάκι που κόλλησε μισή ώρα μετά την υποτιθέμενη επίσκεψη και φυσικά δεν υπήρχε χαρτί. Επειδή υπάρχει κάμερα στην είσοδο ψάχνω τα δεδομένα καταγραφής την υποτιθέμενη ώρα που πέρασε και φυσικά δεν είχαν έρθει ποτέ. Στο μαγαζί που πήγα μου τα έριξαν στο διανομέα και είπαν ότι θα με πάρει τηλέφωνο ο προϊστάμενος να μιλήσουμε και να δει πιος το έκανε. Λες και φταει ο διανομέας που τον φορτώνουν δουλειά 3 ημερών να την βγάλει σε μια. Κύριοι αν δεν μπορείτε δεν είναι κακό να το παραδεχτειτε και να ααχολειθειτε με τίποτα άλλο. Too bad I can not put zero stars. I have ordered through the skroutz service (others will write the review shortly) I get a message on viber that your order could not be delivered. T	Tiny Teethers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγενεστατη υπεύθυνη κα Δ.....πουλου (η ίδια ανέφερε το όνομα της) αρνήθηκε να με εξυπηρετησει με εντολή παραλαβής δια τηλεφώνου κάτι που στα δέκα χρόνια που είμαι πελάτισσα με κωδικό δεν μου έχει αρνηθεί κανείς. Υποστήριξε ότι δεν είναι στις αρμοδιότητες της και με παρέπεμψε στα κεντρικά γραφεία ώστε να μου κάνουν τη δουλειά. Αφού επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά μου επιβεβαίωσαν ότι ΔΕΝ ΕΠΡΕΠΕ ΝΑ ΑΡΝΗΘΕΙ διότι είναι κάτι που μπορεί και οφείλει να κάνει. Η συμπεριφορά της είναι επιεικως απαράδεκτη και καλύτερα να το κλείσει το μαγαζάκι της γιατί από ότι φαίνεται δε γουστάρει να δουλεύει άλλο. Ας βάλει κανέναν πιο νέο στη θέση της γιατί στα 30 χρόνια εργασίας της (δικά της λόγια) μάλλον έχει βαρεθεί τη δουλειά της πλέον και δεν την κάνει σωστά!!! ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΗ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΑΣ Καλό θα ήταν η εταιρεία να παίρνει στα σοβαρά τέτοια παράπονα γιατί χαλάει το όνομα της. The very responsible Ms. D ..... poulou (she mentioned her name) refused to serve me with a pick-up order by phone, something that in the ten years that I have been a customer with a password, no one has denied me. She claimed that it was not her responsibility and referred me to the headquarters to do my job. After I contacted my headquarters they confirmed that it SHOULD NOT BE DENIED because it is something that can and should be done. Her behavior is indulgently unacceptable and it is better for her shop to close it because apparently she does not like working anymore. Let her put someone new in her place because in her 30 years of work (her own words) she is probably tired of her job now and she is not doing it right !!! UNACCEPTABLE ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΗ DEPUTY PROFESSIONAL It would be good for the company to take such complaints seriously because it spoils its name.
