★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore esperienza con un’auto noleggiata! L’auto ci è stata consegnata sporca e con le gomme consumate, tanto da rendere pericolosa la guida sul bagnato.
Il punto di noleggio è situato a oltre 10 km dall’aeroporto.
Il personale è molto scortese e scorretto, ci avevano chiesto di riportare l’auto alle 8 per poi trasportarci con la navetta in aeroporto, ma alle ore 8.37 non c’era ancora nessuno al punto di noleggio, nonostante anche il sito web dicesse che il punto è aperto dalle 8. Al numero di telefono dell’azienda, contattato ben tre volte, non ha mai risposto nessuno.
Ultima sorpresa: la transazione economica non è affatto chiara, al momento risultano due addebiti del deposito cauzionale, oltre all’addebito del noleggio, controlleremo che ci vengano restituiti gli importi non dovuti.
Se non volete rischiare di perdere il volo non noleggiate l’auto qui!

The staff is very rude and unfair, they asked us to return the car at 8 and then take us back to the airport by shuttle, but at 8.37 there was still no one at the rental point, even though the website said that the punto is open from 8am. No one has ever answered the company's telephone number, which was contacted three times.
Last surprise: the economic transaction is not at all clear, at the moment there are two charges for the security deposit, in addition to the rental charge, we will check that the undue amounts are returned.
If you don't want to risk missing your flight, don't rent a car here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agence de location de voiture. Elle est située à 20 minutes de l’aéroport d’ Athènes.
Ils étaient deux le jour de la location, une femme et un homme. Elle s’occupe de l’administratif et lui du véhicule.
Elle parle très bien anglais mais elle est insupportable. Elle n’hésite pas à engueuler son collègue et a le rabaisser devant la clientèle. Elle n’hésite pas non plus à essayer de vous arnaquer soit sur le carburant soit en vous comptant un jour de plus car le temps d’attendre que l’on s’occupe de vous et de finaliser l’état du véhicule il s’est écoulé une heure par rapport à l’heure convenu pour la restitution du véhicule......?
Le genre d’attitude déplorable.
Le véhicule loué était correct mis à part le carburant qui n’était pas plein, contrairement à la politique de l’enseigne.
Bien tout prendre en photo sur place en même temps qu’eux, sinon il le note pour vous faire payer des accrocs antérieurs.

The rented vehicle was fine except for the fuel which was not full, contrary to company policy.
Well take a picture of everything on the spot at the same time as them, otherwise it will note it down to make you pay for previous hitches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrated and disappointed since I had the chance to go to my usual car rental but I was feeling adventurous and chose these guys for a change.
In the promotion through Carjet, I was supposed to rent an i30 Hundai or similar of 2021-2022 and when I went to the car rental the only cars they had were some Nissan Note useless, 10 years old wreck of car with broken radio.
In and outprocessing took really long.
They tried to rip me off upon the return of the car. To cut a long story short, I wouldn't recommend them not even to my enemies or may be I would! I don't know and I don't care.
I am feeling generous so I rate them with one star.
