The service is great, fluent, with a good app to book your car with autonomy. Special mention for Kostas whom welcomed us this year and provided us sympathy good advices for enjoy Athens, and reactivity with our delay departure ! Many thanks to all the teams!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental ever!!! Bad service from the moment we waited an hour and a half at the airport for the shuttle to take us to the agency. When we arrive to the agency the women at the front desk was very rude!! they told us that the car we rent is not available anymore because we are late. We called they're costumer service center in the morning to say we'll be 1:30 late, amd they said it's ok and we shouldnt worry about that. but they made us 1:30 hours more late because we waited for them shuttle. when we finally arrived they said thet the car not available anymore. They didn't let me use the toilet. They asked us to pay part in cash, and thry didn't give us a receipt for the cash. They made us pay more than double
our booking price for a worse car. They have a 1,240 Euro extra charge on your cc that they say they give back. Don't rent from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is not at the airport.The shuttle drivers drive too fast. Both ways 27.8 and 8.9.
Its difficult to refuel when the tank was not full when the rental begun. The tank should always be full.
Inspection when returning the car went fast. Car was not the powerful to drive..toi small engine. The motorsizes should be seen when booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why other people seem to complain . We had more than one experience with Green Motion Athens Airport and we are absolutely satisfied . Never late , always on schedule , modest prices , nice cars and we never had a single problem with them . We recommend them highly . We’ve been using their cars for more than 3 years and we will certainly continue to do this in the future .
Service is impeccable: they wait for us at the airport at the exit of our flight and they are always there on time . They drive us in their shuttle to their nearby office and deliver the car very quickly after filling the necessary documents . Giving back the car is an easy procedure , quick and friendly , and then the shuttle takes us back to the airport . We have absolutely nothing to complain about . Actually , we are happy they exist because other companies are so expensive with no more services than Green Motion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want to write a complaint in order to get refunded, don't rent with Green Motion. I waited more than an hour at the Airport for the shuttle, nobody is responding to the phone for more than an hour as well. The journey will never take 8 minutes and when you arrive you are in the middle of nowhere and the employees are ready to screw you up for what ever the reason. In my case, they didn't accept the remittance time foreseen on the reservation and wanted to charge extra. Simply take another cheap company. There are a lot and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all. We have booked for a small car category. Our flight was delayed therefore we arrived late at the rental office. So how this company makes money to overcome the cheap prices. The 'system' after the rental hour releases the car. And even that the know the flight number and can follow the flight, they don't reserve the car again. which means that we arrived there and there was no 'available' car to the original category we have booked. Therefore, they wanted to rent as a 'limousine' with extra charge and extra deposit. All the time that we have rent a car around the world if the company cannot provide with equivalent car and a bigger is available there is no extra charge. As it is a fault of the company. But not in green motion athens. They charge you everything or leave you without a car if you don't accept the offer. So we ended up at 2am with no car. Never again in my life! I wish I could put minus stars!

I booked the car through comparison website and the plcae was about 30 minutes away from airport they picked me up 45 minutes last and dropped me 45 minutes after I give them my car back
Very rude lady run this business.
I hope they can do something with this rude attitude. ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car rental is fine. Yes, there's a protocol you have to follow, but if you do you'll be fine. 1) Take pictures of the vehicle before taking it off the grounds of the rental facility. Do a thorough job (while their agent is watching you and marking down any and all imperfections and prior damage on the review check-out sheet). 2) Check the fuel level, inform the agent on the grounds of the level in the tank, take a photo of the fuel panel. 3) Don't scratch the car, don't pop tires, don't get into an accident. All bets are off if you do. 4) Keep the check-out form and all receipts they give you. Take photos of contracts (both your own copy, b/c they will take that upon car return and the copy that they keep when you rent). Other than that, very reasonable. Kindly accommodated my request for a swift check-out (was running late to catch a flight).
