★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and overall experience. They state that they have “tax free” and after they charged our credit card they could not generate the form.. The managers of the store had no solution to offer so we end up losing our money.. BE VERY CAREFUL if you want to shop tax free in this store because it’s a scum.. Also very weird for a multinational company to allow this to happen in one of its stores.. STAY AWAY!

Unprofessional and had absolutely none knowledge of his company, his way of communicating and his position (call customer service). Should be monitored by J&M's QA and be terminated, in my professional opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very big and has a large inventory of stuff. The thing is that if you go during the sales period it's a bit messy and chaotic. Other than that, a usual h&m store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are established inside a mall and the cashiers don’t speak English!!! 4 girls in the till and they couldn’t understand what we were saying. I mean, to say cash or card doesn’t required a special degree. We just wanted to pay and they couldn’t understand us. Imagine what will happen if I wanted to change something. Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in 2 H&M in Budapest did't have the size of the dress I wanted. Went in Cosmos specially for it. And they had it only on the doll. Didn't give me with excuse that the dress is for the store. I am wondering what kind of policy it is, and who benefits from it, or it is just laziness from the staff. Very unprofessional not to sell...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why Again & Again is the customer service so so bad in this store.I simple asked for a price on a home department item which took three sales staff to Decide two different prices then to say one item was from a multi packet ….But more importantly the staff member (orange hair pulled back ) actually raised here voice at me & was so rude to me that i left the store …it actually says on the staff badge CUSTOMER FIRST !!!!!
How can the staff be so so rude …something needs addressing here with This store .
