Anna's tavern is touchingly kind, homely, she cooks for us as if we were her children. If you are looking for a perfect, nice place with a caring host in its simplicity, you can't miss it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό ταβερνάκι! Παραδοσιακό και απλό..σα να πήγες στο χωριό και σου μαγειρεύει η γιαγιά σου! Δεν έχει ποικιλία από φαγητά..έχει όμως λίγα, καλά και πολύ οικονομικά!
Very good tavern! Traditional and simple..as if you went to the village and your grandmother cooks for you! It does not have a variety of foods..but it has few, well and very economically!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, unpretentious place to eat or to have a drink. Fresh local produce is transformed into really tasty dishes. Portion size is good without being too big.
All the seating is outdoors, shaded by carob trees. The view along Ag Marina beach towards Plakias is stunning. Gavdos and the Paximadia can be seen.
Anna is a marvelous host, she treats one as a member of her family.
Visit this unbelievable place, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid it. It's a rip-off place. There is not a menu list and at the end she will overcharge you. The food was terrible. There are much better choices in the area.

Update June 2021 - still quiet, Anna is fantastic :-). I built a new spiral for new season - dedicated to all of us who need energy and spirit uplift! Come and feel the magic! ?

A very nice and quiet place (August 2020) romantic, I was almost alone on the beach...Anna and her taverna are genuine Greek, cooking from local stuff, nothing to do with mass tourism. Defenetly an awesome place and experience! Ευχαριστώ Αννα!
