★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing we were on the train for nearly 3 hours went to get off at our stop I am disabled and take a while to standup I had my leg half way out of the carriage when the driver took off had to be helped to get back in which could have resulted in a serious injury we were on the train 3 hours which should have been hour and half Happy train certainly not for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour into the mountains to krassi which takes about 4 hours in all is excellent. Good view as you travel up see one of the oldest trees in Europe, have a tour of the town and stop for a drink or something to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 euros per person for a roundtrip covering Malia, Stalis and Hersonissos. Good way to get your bearings and can get off and back on once in the journey. Reduced timings just now so make sure you double check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September '21 we took the train. Advisable to go early enough to the station as capacity is limited. Train goes as a round tour to Hersonissos, Stalis and Malia. €12,00 p.P. you can get off the train and stay for leisure/ shopping and take them the next train to continue / finish the tour. Not much information from the drivers, but nice to see the area and to spend a day. See my photos for tour info. No runs on Sunday.
