M	Melina Gkaziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πολύ ωραία διαρρύθμιση χώρων και τέλεια τοποθεσία . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται δυο λεπτά με τα πόδια απ το κέντρο των Φηρών. Τόσο το τζακούζι όσο κ το δωμάτιο το βρίσκαμε κάθε μέρα καθαρό. Η οικοδέσποινα μας έδωσε πληροφορίες και ωραια tips για την παραμονής μας στο νησί !!! Fully renovated, very nice layout and perfect location. The apartment is located two minutes walk from the center of Fira. We found both the jacuzzi and the room clean every day. The hostess gave us information and nice tips for our stay on the island !!!

Cuando llegamos no funcionaba la máquina del A/A y al avisarla vino y gritando nos dijo que cuál era el problema, que si no sabíamos usar un mando. Por la noche al ducharnos se empezó a salir el agua por el suelo llegando al salón, le mandé fotos y no contestó. Al día siguiente la limpiadora entró por sorpresa en la habitación a las 10h y yo estaba en la cama. Le dije que se fuera y me empezó a gritar. Llamé entonces a Athanasia para explicar lo que estaba pasando y me dijo que siempre me estaba quejando como una niña y me faltaba llorar. Yo estaba alucinando. Entonces la señora de la limpieza volvió a entrar sin permiso y me pilló en el baño cambiándome. No he estado nunca en un sitio peor. La encargada me bloqueó y no pude hablar con nadie ni resolver nada.Tengo fotos las conversaciones y todo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Tiran las toallas a una especie de cuarto, todas por el suelo. Tb tengo fotos. Pedimos toallas nuevas xq estaban rotas y con pelos y como me había bloqueado nunca nos las cambiaron. Es lo peor. Si crees que vas a estar en un sitio de lujo, no lo es, 650€ por 3 días. El jacuzzi tiene sol sólo entre las 9 y10h en todo el día y está a ras de carretera. Todo el mundo te ve. It was unbelievable how badly Athanasia treated us. When we arrived, the A/C machine did not work and when we told it, it came and shouted to us that what the problem was, that we did not know how to use a remote control. At night when we showered, the water began to come out on the floor reaching the living room, I sent him photos and he did not answer. The next day the cleaner entered the room by surprise at 10am and I was in bed. I told him to go away and he started yelling at me. So I called Athanasia to explain what was happening and she told me that I was always complaining like a child and I needed to cry. I was hallucinating. Then the cleaning lady came back in without permission and caught me in the bathroom changing. I have never been to a worse place. The manager blocked me and I couldn't talk to anyone or solve anything. I have photos of the conversations and everything. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. They throw the towels into a kind of room, all on the floor. I have photos too. We asked for new towels because they were broken and with hair and since I had blocked they never changed them. It's the worst. If you think you are going to be in a luxury place, it is not, €650 for 3 days. The jacuzzi only has sun between 9 and 10 a.m. throughout the day and is at road level. Everybody sees you.

s	sand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé quelques jours à l'harmony suites santorini et tout était parfait, de l'arrivée au départ (merci de nous avoir réservé les navettes pour l'aeroport) l'appartement était propre et rangé tout les jours, le jacuzzi chauffé était bien agréable après une journée de balade. 5 étoiles bien méritées. We spent a few days at the harmony suites santorini and everything was perfect, from arrival to departure (thank you for booking us the shuttles to the airport) the apartment was clean and tidy every day, the heated jacuzzi was nice after a day of walking. Well deserved 5 stars.

We stayed in the superior suite , which consists of 1 living room (with smart TV) and a sofa bed, a large bathroom, and a large bedroom (also with a smart TV). The decoration is modern and minimal while the room has 2 air-conditions. The room can facilitate 2-4 people. If you are a couple you would definitely feel the space is quite big. The balcony in the superior rooms has no view, however the jakuzzi there (for 2 people is more discrete than the bigger rooms that face the street. The host was really helpful in every way, checking if we need anything via sms, and actually gave us the room for 2 hours more to facilitate our flights Also the room is 7 minutes straight line from the center of Fyra It would be our first choice if we visit Santorini again. If I had to find one negative, I would say that despite the efforts of the hosts (dark curtains /shades etc,) the room gets light after sunrise which might be annoying for some. Overall, HIGHLY recommended!
B	Brandon Dawes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel/apartment! Very central and close to every attraction! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to Visit Santorini! Space out front to park a vehicle and lovely facilities, everything is exceptionally clean! Would most certainly visit and stay again!

N	Natalia Grzenia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect! Place is really modern and clean, it's really close to Caldera Area - restaurants, bars, local shops and amazing caldera view sunset, stuff was really friendly and helpful. I'd come back next year for sure!
