I don't understand why there are negative reviews for this hotel. I stayed there for a week and it was perfect. I paid only 35 euros a night and had a sea view balcony, and the beautiful pool has a sea view as well. Very good value for money. The room is cleaned every day, the hotel is very clean. The hotel is in a great location as it is a few minutes from Fira town center. In addition the staff is very nice. They even lent us cutlery and crockery so that we could eat in the room and not all the time in the restaurant. Thank you for this quality service.

I have requested multiple times a refund for the voucher that I have received in 2020 because my friend and I wasn't able to travel due to restrictions with Covid-19 and the hotels always delay the refund as there was a change in the law... I understand it i hard for the tourism industry but it is not professionnal to not proceed to the refund when a customer requested...

I was also cheated like a lot of comment authors. The hotel has been suspended by Covid and a voucher has been sent. It's been 18 months and I should be getting my money back, but nothing has happened. They do not answer, they do not reply to e-mails. Thieves!

They provided a voucher due to a cancellation because of the covid pandemic restrictions. Now, 18 months later, I'm able to get a refund for the voucher. They aren't even responding.. many others seem to have the same problem. I will give the case to my lawyer... sad, but that's the way they want it.

My trip was cancelled due the sanitary crisis. The hotel gave us a voucher with 18 month of validity and the possibility to be refunded after this period. I ask the refund to the hotel without any answer from them.

I just came from Santorini to Germany and I had very bad experience with this hotel 1- unclean room stains on the bedsheets n hair on the pillows 2- they gave us the ground towels as face towels. 3- very bad breakfast. 4- Unfriendly staff. 5- they even throw the garbage in the land behind the hotel which is our view to the see UNBELIEVABLE. Worst experience ever had in my life.

Very disappointed that the booking manager Vassilis took our money for Junior Suite with a sea view but put us in a double with a view to a hotel exit. I tried to find a solution with him and via eDreams booking site but he refused to correct the error. This is not the only disappointment about this place. From outside the hotel looks nice BUT it’s dirty and unsafe. Broken glass by the pool, shower barely has a stream as all rusty and mouldy, water stays in the shower for hours as drainage is blocked. The mattress is so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on the floor. Pillows flat and hard. Breakfast is from 1950s not from 2022 - There was some cheap horrible cheese, wet processed sausage, 2 baskets of jam, a bowl of greek yoghurt and a bowl of boiled eggs next to stale bread. No shade near the pool - you’re frying in the 36C heat so impossible to lie near the pool. Most of guests are elderly so I suspect they don’t write reviews. But a few people at breakfast were complaining how awful this is. They advertise tea/coffee making facilities in a room - these were not available in our room, not even cups. 3 hangers in the closet for 2 people to use. No glasses in the bathroom. Hair dryer comes with a massive wall fixture attached to it so impossible to hold and use for more than a minute. The tiny terrace outside the room was dirty too. The fridge comes on loudly at night, and air conditioning is hard to set. The only positives we can mention about this hotel are that the receptionist really tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability, for which we are grateful, and it looks nicely lit up at night

Arrogant owner, falsely advertising suites with sea views then expecting guests to accept a lower standard room. Not what we paid for! We were charged for a sea view suite upfront, but instead the hotel put us in a lower ground double with two, very public and invasive windows looking directly onto reception. No privacy curtains, so it’s either pitch black or have other guests look directly into your room. The owner told us to lump it, didn’t even apologize or acknowledge their mistake, totally incompetent management with little to no customer service or any offer of a compromise. If we were treated differently by management, I would have not felt the need to let others know about our experience
