★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just great. Very comfortable and clean with friendly, helpful staff. It is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Fira but it doesn't have a view of the Caldera. It faces east and we had a lovely balcony where you could watch the sunrise. The breakfast is yummy and excellent for 7€. No eggs and bacon though if that's what you're looking for. We had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Evgenia Villas & Suites! We loved the warm welcome from the hotel staff and amenities (pool, bar and panoramic view). George, the hotel manager, gave us very interesting activity recommendations to do in Santorini. Moreover, the hotel is well located in Thira, less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. Regarding the breakfast, fruits were not so good maybe because of the hot temperature but you have several types of pastries available at the buffet. Overall, this hotel was a good choice and we will definitely book here again!
PS: we also suggest you to opt for the shuttle service ($) available at the hotel! Markus is a very good driver :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid a lot of money to stay in a hotel room that didn't have a window! Obviously they have rooms with windows, but ours didn't. The breakfast was also pretty lacking. The staff was very inattentive and superficial. There only good thing was the driver who picked us up at the ferry. I can't recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located a bit off the highly touristic center of Fira and offers good value for money. Everything looks pretty new and stylish and staff is really friendly (especially at the breakfast room/pool bar). Breakfast buffet costs 10 euros, which is absolutely fine. You should be aware, that a walk to the scenic town takes 10-15 minutes and is rather steep, so you should be im form staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights at the property. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the center of Fira (10-15 minutes) but not smack in the middle of things. There are two pools - the upper one was pretty sleepy but the lower one had good energy without feeling like a day club. The highlight of this hotel was most definitely the staff. They were attentive and friendly from the time we arrived and made us feel extremely welcome throughout.
