★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά τις κοπέλας που κάνει το Rapit test, αγενέστατη χωρίς ίχνος ανθρωπιάς πάνω της, και ο λόγος Γτ έβγαλα βίντεο εκείνη τη στιγμή η κυρια άρχισε και ούρλιαζε σαν υστερική με αποτέλεσμα να με πετάξει έξω με φωνές

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα δεν θα έβαζα καν αστέρι και ο λόγος γτ επισκέφθηκα το κέντρο στις 27/12 να κάνω ένα pcr test με κόστος 50€ και πέρα ότι το αποτέλεσμα καθυστέρησε 2 μέρες ενώ μου είχαν πει 24 ώρες(να συμπληρώσω ότι σε αλλά διαγνωστικά την ίδια περίοδο με παρόμοιο φόρτο εργασίας εκείνων των ημερών που είχαν αρκετή δουλειά λόγο των κρουσμάτων και αυτό το λέω γτ αν μου απαντήσουν θα το ρίξουν εκεί το φταίξιμο,στο βγάζουν μέσα σε λίγες ώρες χωρίς επιπλέων χρέωση που ζητάει το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο 90κατι ευρώ από όσο θυμάμαι),επίσης δεν έχει δηλωθεί μέχρι σήμερα που το χρειάζομαι για να βγάλω το πιστοποιητικό νοσησης γτ λήγει το πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού μου ,βέβαια έχουν γίνει δυο επικοινωνίες με γραμματείς του κέντρου με αναμονή για απάντηση στο ερώτημα μου τι έχει γίνει με την δήλωση του τεστ μου είπαν θα νου απαντήσουν σε λίγες ώρες αλλά δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ!!Αυτα είχα να πω απαράδεκτοι και αντίεπαγγελματίες!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could I would not even put a star and the reason why I visited the center on 27/12 to do a pcr test at a cost of 50 € and beyond that the result was delayed 2 days while I was told 24 hours (to complete that in but diagnostic the same period with a similar workload of those days when they had a lot of work due to the cases and I say this because if they answer me they will throw the blame there, they take it out within a few hours without additional charge that the specific center asks for 90 euros from what I remember) , also it has not been stated until today that I need it to get the certificate of illness because my vaccination certificate expires, of course there have been two communications with secretaries of the center waiting for an answer to my question what has happened with the statement of the test they told me to answer in a few hours but they never answered me !! I had to say these unacceptable and unprofessional !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία συνέπεια στην ώρα του ραντεβού.
Εύχομαι στην διάγνωση να υπάρχει η συνέπεια των σωστών αποτελεσμάτων.
Το ραντεβού ήταν 12:30 η ώρα είναι 1:45 κ ακόμα δεν έχω περάσει για την εξέτασή μου!
Κ φυσικά δεν υπάρχει κ καμία κινητικότητα όπως σε αντίστοιχα μεγάλα κέντρα.
No consequences at the time of the appointment.
I hope the diagnosis has the consistency of the right results.
The appointment was 12:30, the time is 1:45 and I still have not passed my exam!
Of course there is no mobility as in similar large centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας επισκεφθεί αρκετά διαγνωστικά κέντρα, επέλεξα να επισκεφθώ και το νέο κέντρο το οποίο εδρεύει σε "στρατηγικό σημείο". Η πρώτη ευχάριστη έκπληξη ήταν η κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο καθώς προσπάθησε με επαγγελματισμό να με διευκολύνει στις ώρες που με εξυπηρετούσαν για τον καθορισμό του RDV. Το διαγνωστικό είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο στην Γλυφάδα με εύκολο parking, πεντακάθαρο, με ευγενέστατο και καταρτισμένο προσωπικό. Τα μηχανήματα είναι ολοκαίνουργια και εκτιμώ ότι πρέπει να είμαι από τους πρώτους που έκαναν υπέρηχο στα χέρια του πολύ έμπειρου και γνωστού ακτινοδιαγνώστη . Στα πολύ θετικά η παρέμβαση της υπεύθυνης του κέντρου η οποία με χαμόγελο και ευφυΐα έλυσε άμεσα ένα ζήτημα που δημιουργήθηκε από δική μου υπαιτιότητα .
Having visited several diagnostic centers, I chose to visit the new center which is located in a "strategic point". The first pleasant surprise was the girl at the call center as she tried professionally to facilitate me during the hours that served me to determine the RDV. The diagnostic is in a very good spot in Glyfada with easy parking, spotless, with very polite and qualified staff. The machines are brand new and I think I must be one of the first to have an ultrasound in the hands of a very experienced and well-known radiologist. On the very positive side, the intervention of the head of the center, who with a smile and intelligence immediately solved an issue created by my own fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφος χώρος και καθαρός. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η νοσηλεύτρια που μου έκανε το rapid test πολύ προσεκτική και τηρούσε όλα τα μέτρα προστασίας. Με έκανε να νιώσω πολύ ασφαλής Μπράβο!
Very nice place and clean. Polite personnel. The nurse who did the rapid test for me was very careful and observed all the protection measures. It made me feel very safe Well done!

The appointment was at 40 min later.Receptionists should do their job better arranging the schedule.
Examination itself was very quick and the results were ready in few minutes.It is 13:55 and Im finally leaving.Will never come back
