D	Despoina Mavromati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκωνουν ΠΟΤΕ το τηλεφωνο! Τους καλω μια εβδομαδα και δεν απαντανε! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ εξυπηρετηση σε μια ηλικιωμενη γυναικα σημερα,απο την «κυρια» στον 1 οροφο. Μιλουσε στην ηλικιωμενη γυναικα παρα πολυ ειρωνικα λεγοντας της οτι στο γραφειο της δεν επιτρεπονται τα παραπονα. Αν η κυρια δεν μπορει να εξυπηρετει σωστα να παει σπιτι της, να ερθει καποιος αλλος που θα κανει ΣΩΣΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΥΓΕΝΙΚΑ τη δουλεια!!! Ας μπει και καμια αξιολογηση δεν βλαπτει. They NEVER pick up the phone! I call them for a week and they didn't answer! UNACCEPTABLE service to an elderly woman today, from the "lady" on the 1st floor. She spoke to the elderly woman very ironically, telling her that no complaints were allowed in her office. If the lady can't properly serve to go home, let someone else come who will do the job CORRECTLY AND HAPPY !!! Let's go in and no evaluation hurts.

Πλήρωσα εκεί τα 130€ της εγγύησης, χωρίς να χρειαστεί να πάω κάτω στα ταμεία. Το μόνο αρνητικό της διαδικασίας επανασύνδεσης είναι ότι το πιστοποιητικό του Ηλεκτρολόγου έπρεπε εγώ να το στείλω ταχυδρομικά στη ΔΕΔΗΕ (από 30/7 ακόμα περιμένω να έρθουν να συνδέσουν το ρεύμα). I went for reconnection to a professional home. The most gentle lady on the 1st floor (I went early in the morning and it was not crowded). I paid the € 130 guarantee there, without having to go down to the checkout. The only negative of the reconnection process is that I had to send the certificate of the Electrician by post to HEDNO (from 30/7 I am still waiting for them to come to connect the power).

Σε 20 λεπτά ήρθε η σειρά μου, αφού κατέβηκα και στο ισόγειο για να πληρώσω τα δυο 130άρια, στις 10.20 είχα τελειώσει. Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε, ευγενική και με χιούμορ.Φεύγοντας πάλι 6 άτομα περίμεναν. Οι αρνητικές κριτικές που διάβασα εδώ μάλλον είναι υπερβολικές. (μάλιστα ένας υπάλληλος πλησίασε και εξυπηρέτησε έναν νεαρό που φαινόταν "αρπαγμένος" αποφεύγοντας τυχόν χειρότερα) I went today Friday for a reconnection and a name change. I arrived at 9.20 had 5 people waiting for the first floor. In 20 minutes my turn came, after I went down to the ground floor to pay the two 130s, at 10.20 I was finished. The employee who served me, kind and humorous. Again leaving 6 people waiting. The negative reviews I read here are probably exaggerated. (One employee even approached and served a young man who looked "grabbed" avoiding any worse)

I visited PPC PAGRATIOU this afternoon and I received the immediate and excellent service for my issue from the most noble employee Mr. Kampili Anastasios. Congratulations to you and your superiors.

Τελικά βρήκα μόνο ευγενείς και πολύ εξυπηρετικές υπαλλήλους. Η δουλειά μου έγινε γρήγορα και χωρίς καμιά ταλαιπωρία. Ευχαριστώ πολύ και τις 3 κυρίες που ασχολήθηκαν με το θέμα μου. What a pleasant surprise this morning. I visited the Pagrati branch prepared for the worst. Eventually I found only noble and very helpful employees. My job was done quickly and without any hassle. Many thanks to all 3 ladies who dealt with my subject.

D	Dimitris Assimakopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ραντεβού για αλλαγή παρόχου.Με εξυπηρέτησε στο ισόγειο η κυρία Καγιά.Η γυναίκα είναι φαινόμενο.Εκτος ότι ήταν ευγενέστερη και μέσα στο χαμόγελο τελειώσαμε μέσα σε 10 λεπτά ενω ταυτόχρονα εξυπηρετούσε άλλους δύο πελάτες και σήκωνε και το τηλέφωνο.Ειναι υπόδειγμα υπαλλήλου.Πολλα πολλά μπράβο!!!!!!!! I had an appointment for a change of provider. Mrs. Kaya served me on the ground floor. well done!!!!!!!!
