★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ό,τι χειρότερο! Σίγουρα είναι θέμα διαχείρισης των ΕΛΤΑ. Είτε κακοπληρωνουν τους εργαζόμενους ή οι εργαζόμενοι δεν είναι επαγγελματίες. Στην τελική εμείς την πληρώνουμε.
Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν 2 δρομολόγια πρωινό και απογευματινό, τουλάχιστον για τα συστημένα. Οι περισσότεροι άνθρωποι δουλεύουν πρωί οπότε λίγο απίθανο να βρουν τον παραλήπτη.
Σάπια επιχείρηση που θέλει κλείσιμο γιατί τελικά δεν εξυπηρετεί τον πελάτη.
Πρέπει βέβαια να υπάρχει αυτοσυγκρατηση και να μην τα ακούν οι εργαζόμενοι του καταστήματος γιατί δεν νομίζω να φταίνε εκείνοι. Αρκεί να είναι ειλικρινείς και να μην μας κοροϊδεύουν.
 The worst! It is definitely a matter for the management of ELTA. Either they pay employees poorly or the employees are not professionals. In the end we pay for it.
They could have 2 itineraries morning and afternoon, at least for the recommended ones. Most people work in the morning so it is unlikely that they will find the recipient.
Rotten business that wants to close because in the end it does not serve the customer.
Of course, there must be restraint and the employees of the store should not listen to them because I do not think it is their fault. As long as they are honest and do not make fun of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my father a parcel & the post office are charging him 3 euro & they tell him to grab a number & wait until he his served which is very long wait. His gone many times & the people are not helpful & rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always slow as turtles! Now with COVID 19 they have the excuse as well! And also making you coming for small envelope or parcels that normally they should be delivering ! 12:30 is a nightmare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every order I have made never came to me through delivery cause courier was incapable of ringing the doorbell and I was home every time. If the purpose of couriers was to deliver notices we could do it with email notifications. Thank you for your inappropriate service you give to your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse service ever!!!! I ordered twice online both cases the delivery guy he never rings or call my number before neither during delivery, he only leave a paper note.
The first time they didn’t notice or mention that they will return the item back to the seller in 20 days therefore I lost the item and I never got a refund. The second time they refused to re-ship the item to my home.
They are rude and they scream on me because I couldn’t understand Greek .
These people should be kicked out of this position and got replaced by more serious and respect employees.
I don’t advice anyone to use ELTA specially this office.
A BIG ALERT to the RESPONSIBLE to make a decision.
