Οι υπάλληλοι ειναι ενοικιαζόμενοι απο εταιρίες και τρέχουν σα τα σκυλιά. Μας αξίζει η ταλαιπωρία που περνάμε, φίλοι υποβαλκάνιοι.
Do not vote for Mitsotakis in order to have services.
Employees are hired by companies and run like dogs. We deserve the trouble we are going through, friends from the Balkans.

Not helpful. Parcel could not be received by authorization. They also do not answer the phone. Not even from the headquarters of ELTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό θα ήταν να σηκωνετε ένα τηλέφωνο, επί 3 μέρες παίρνω σχεδόν ανά μισή ώρα από το πρωί ως τις 14:30 και δεν απαντάει ποτέ κανείς.
It would be good to pick up a phone, for 3 days I take almost half an hour from morning until 14:30 and no one ever answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμένω 2μιση μήνες ένα δέμα (συστημένο από Αγγλία).! Για την ακρίβεια το δέμα έκανε περίπου 3 μέρες από Αγγλία να φτάσει Αθήνα και μετά περίμενα 2 μήνες και κάτι για να έρθει από Αθήνα, Θεσσαλονίκη, γιατί έπρεπε να περάσει εκτελωνισμό στην Αθήνα. Εννοείται ότι δεν απάντησαν ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα που έπαιρνα για να δω γιατί καθυστερούν τόσο πολύ!
I am waiting for 2 and a half months for a package (recommended by England).! To be precise, the package took about 3 days from England to reach Athens and then I waited 2 months and something to come from Athens, Thessaloniki, because I had to go through customs in Athens. Of course they never answered the phones I got to see why they are so late!
